What a waste. I took my wife and stepdaughter here on 9/16. I opted for the all you can eat ribs and got the typical games shady places play with all you can eat offers. After waiting over 30 minutes for our meal, the first slab of ribs was actually pretty good. Then after finiishing it and not seeing our waitress for another 20 minutes I requested more (the restaurant was far from busy or crowded). Then I waited 25 minutes for half a slab of ribs that was nothing like the first ones I got and were actually quite nasty. When the bus boy delivered them I say "this is what I waited almost a half hour for?" and he says, "you can get more". So we've seen our waitress 2 times in an hour and half. I got exasperated and chased her down for our check (still a little hungry mind you) and she asked if everything was alright. I think my tip answered that question. I am usually a great tipper even for poor service but this is the first time in my 42 years on this earth that I stiffed a waitress and I really don't feel bad about it. Get your act together or don't offer what you cannot deliver!

A favorite neighborhood place. This place is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The setting is not run of the mill - it's a barn! The menu is varied. And the portions are quite generous. Enjoy dinner inside or sit outside on the patio and enjoy drinks. There is something for everyone.

Cute little restaraunt. Nice place & food in cute setting - a barn ! Service is good; not always great, but usually solid. Food very good, many options and well-prepared. Highlight is selection of hot sauces - ask for list at the table and enjoy the names of them !!

Every Wednesday All You Can Eat..... We were regulars on Wednesday and Fridays for the great All You Could eat Ribs and Fish Plates. You didn't have to get up for more from a buffet. The added servings were brought right to your table. Service was better upstairs than down but the young mexican who was the busser was awesome.

User review by savazar. the service was horrible. we waited for 10 mins just for someone to take our drink order. the food runner brought our food and we never saw the waitperson again until we hunted her down for our check. she never came to see if we needed anything or if the order was correct. the chicken was overdone to the point of unchewable. and they where craming customers in so tight you had to walk sideways between tables to leave.

Popular family destination with a charming converted-barn setting and hearty Southwestern menu.. In Short
Along with weekend breakfast fare with cheeky names like John's Denver omelette and Bananarama pancakes topped with bananas and granola, Rooster's serves up spicy fare like chilaquiles, a classic Mexican breakfast plate of shredded chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, tortillas, salsa and sour cream. The restaurant's other claim to fame is a collection of more than 200 types of hot sauce, perfect for drizzling over the barbecue and chicken dishes available at lunch and dinner.

Great for the whole family. This is a family favorite. Try the all-you-can-eat fish fry. I highly recommend this place.
