Thank You, Spavone's!. We just returned from a luncheon in honor of Jerry Gaetano, Sr., which followed his memorial. Spavone's did an outstanding job. The food was delicious from the bread to the limoncello! Unquestionably, Uncle Jerry would have been pleased, and felt truly honored by all the loving stories--and most especially by his friend Tony Spavone's heartfelt and beautiful singing. Thank you for helping to make a difficult day the sacred sendoff Jerry deserved. We will miss him terribly, but we'll be back to visit Spavone's.

Great Place For Food And Fun. A relative suggested that I try Spavone's for my birthday. What a treat!!! I like Italian food and this place sure hit the mark. Authentic, reasonable and plentiful. The kicker was that the owner sings while you eat as do some entertainers in the audience who eat there. They made quite a fuss over my birthday. I can see why this place is a hidden favorite of visting celebs.

eatoutalot. This place is the best restaurant value in Chicagoland. The food is great, but the environment is off the charts. Where can you go and have that kind of entertainment table side?

Its worth the drive.

Not so great. You get huge portions, but the food is americanized. The pasta I had was gressy, and swimming in oil. The atmopshere is boring, but if you like singing, the owner walks around on the weekends with a microphone.
