Always there when I needed something. I could count on them. I really like the property, I think they do a great job of maintaining everything.
Good area. Mason Properties is a good area to live in. The rent is lower than most places (considering the size), and they keep a pretty good watch over the apartments. I feel safe here, and I have a better apartment than a lot of my friends who aren't on this complex.
Everything is Excellent!. I have rented for many years now from several other companies and the other places just do not compare. Mason Properties really cares about their tenants unlike any other company I have worked with.
Good place. Mason Properties has been very good for me since I've been here. Nothing has ever broken in my apartment, so I haven't had any experiences with the maintenance people, but they all seem very nice. Compared to the other property companies in Dekalb, they were the best, so that's why I went with them.
Good experience. I've been with mason properties for almost a year now and i've been pretty happy. I pay a great rate, especially considering the size of my apartment. The property is pretty nice and is kept well maintained. I've never had any issues since renting from them before.
Great Value. After hearing about Mason Properties in the local Dekalb newspaper I decided to check it out. I've been living here for about 2 years now and it's great. I have a little girl and I feel safe having her play on the grounds. The value was a huge selling point for me, the amount of space you get for the price is phenomenal. - C-
WATCH OUT.
One star is a rating too much. Since being a tenant on Deerpath Lane, I cannot wait until my lease is up. I know I will not get a secruity deposit back (since they are notorious for this).
They also will tow cars right out of your driveways due to thier over the top rules and regulations on the lease stating you cannot have more than two cars in your driveway and they must be parked ina specific way. Unfortunatly my guest had no idea of these rules, parked his car behind mine. If he didnt block the sidewalk, then what is the big deal??!?
ughhh i cant stand private property landlords who care more about how the neighborhood looks over how thier tenants feeel.
