PERFECT WEDDING, EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. My daughter had her wedding last Sunday at the Milk Pail Banquets in East Dundee and I had to write to say that it could not have been a more beautiful affair. The wedding coordinator, Hope was so easy to work with and she and her staff really went out of their way to make this a perfect day for my daughter and her husband. All of our guests commented on how great the food and service was as well as the beauty of Garden room and outside area where the ceremony was held. I'm so glad that my co-worker recommended this place to us.

Poor Service for Banquet Facility. I'm a bride to be and I called the Milk Pail to set up an appointment to view their banquet facilities. Nobody answered (after calling at different times for a few days) so I ended up leaving a message. A week later, nobody had returned my phone call. I called again and finally got a hold of someone, and made an appointment to come view their facilities. When we arrived today however, 12/28/10 at 10am, all of the doors were locked and nobody was to be found. We called their number, got no answer, and no one ever showed up (we waited fifteen minutes.) We left a voicemail but no one ever retuend our calls, or called to say they wouldn't be there. Needless to say we will not be trusting this unreliable company for our wedding and wouldn't recommend their banquet facilities to anyone due to their poor service.

THE AWESOME PLACE!!!!!. It was really fun experince and i was impressed with the servers attending your every need. But parties near by had really loud music and was hard to hear ours. Also Hope the event director was really helpful and was always trying to help you she made me feel comfortable while i was having my party. HAD A GREAT TIME!!!!!!

Great Food,Great Service,Beautiful Setting!!. We had our ceremony and reception at The Milk Pail on 10/4/08. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish to say the least. Maria, the wedding coordinator was the best. She was friendly, patient, and tended to our every need during the process of planning our special day. She was even there during our event until late in the evening. The day of our wedding was perfect from the beautiful gardens and gazeebo to the homemade chocolate covered strawberries and other patsries at the end of the evening.

The staff was very attentive and professional. The food was wonderful and their baker did a amazing job on our wedding cake (which was also delicious). We had the chicken cordon bleu as our entree which I would highly recommend.

At the end of the night, the staff had packed up everything for me and even helped us carry it to the car. I could not have asked for a better experience overall. We will highly recommend The Milk Pail Banquet Hall to all of our friends.

Milk Pail resturant/Wedding hall in Dundee IL : Continue.... When guests were arriving my husbands grandfather noticed that His last name was wrong on the door. This being said, Grandpa Coredig is the last of the elders on my husbands side of the family. He was not to pleased to see *Coreding*on all other paperwork we have it is spelled correctly. Not to big of a deal after 5 min of hearing about it, it was done. after we walked and said our vows we were announced and started to eat some great food! Not knocking the food its the only reason this dump is in business. We got our soup and one of the ladies that was there (there were 2) asked me if i wanted to cut my cake. I said no I want my guests to enjoy some of there meal before i rip them away to cut the cake, 5 min later as the salad was out i was asked again at this point my new husband was now ticked off and he said no. mid meal i said would be appropraite. we were asked one more time. now i am getting very heated I want nothing to do with stupid people expecially when i want me and our familes to have a good time. So we sent her away. After dinner drinks were served, Well the bar was 1200.00 supost to be a "premium bar" Not even friggin close!!! No malibu No Jager (my husbands fav. drink) just knock off everything in a coat closet! wow very classy. the guy in there that didnt speak english at all!! was gone 1/2 of the night my guests had to make there own drinks!! The guy couldnt even make a Wine Spritzer. (Wine and a splash of 7-up) I dont yell when i am mad i take a day to sit and think about things so the next day we called and got the owner, She was the worst!! we wanted 1/2 back on our bar and would forget everything else. Face it it sucked!! She didnt want to do anything not a single thing. And then proceded to tell us that we want money back because we had 20 ppl that didnt show. If that were the case i would have asked money back from plates and not the crappy bar. it was bad my one day was ruined!! SAVE UR CHILDHOOD DREAMS! DONT GO TO THE MILKPAIL.

CHECK FOR PAST LAWSUITS BEFORE YOU GIVE DEPOSIT. HOURS INCONSISTANT IF OPEN AT ALL. CHECK FOR LAWSUITS BEFORE YOU GIVE DEPOSIT. OTHER BRIDES HAVE HAD TO GO TO COURT JUST TO GET SOME OF THEIR MONEY BACK AFTER THEIR WEDDING WAS A TOTAL FAILURE. YOUR BIG DAY SHOULD NOT BE JUST A MONEY MAKER FOR THEM AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY. JUST LOOK AT THE PLACE AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF. OR MAYBE GO SMELL THE PLACE... BRING NOSE PLUG

The best food EVER!!!!!. I recently visited the Milk pail restaurant in East dundee. And yes, they are still open!!! I have booked my reception and ceremony there also. I went in for dinner with my fiancee very quiet but very romantic and the food was delicious i had the trout which was excellent and my fiance had the fried chicken YUM!!

There prices are very reasonable and the service was excellent. We visit the Milk Pail monthly now that we are having our reception there and have never been disappointed. They also have a wonderful Sunday Brunch with a jazz band which is fun.

I highly recommend the Milk Pail restaurant.
