I had richards fine jewelry do a restyling for me and I could not be happier. I have done business with them for over 20 years and they are honest business people. Family owned businesses are becoming a thing of the past but with Richards, it is still alive. You get very personal service and they go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied. I am so proud to have them be a part of our community, we are lucky to have them.

Excellent rating on Richard's Fine Jewelry & Dsgn. My husband and I can not speak highly enough of the service, quality, and courteousness that we receive from Richard's fine jewelry. We live in Wisconsin Dells and any of our fine jewelry purchases will continue to be made there. Obviously, anyone who claims otherwise must have had a bad day.

Making a purchase of jewelry is often quite stressfull and ususally takes a lot of thought. These owners make it a nice experience. We highly recommend them

FOR 15 YEARS THEY HAVE WONDERUL JEWELRY AND THE THE PEOPLE THERE ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT APRIL FLOWER COULD BE TALKING ABOUT IN ALL THE 15 YEARS I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING THERE I HAVE NEVER HAD A DISCOURTEOUS PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT TALKED AND HELPED ME

I cant believe your problem April Flower. I have been using Richards since I moved to south elgin 6 years ago and found them in Elgin at that time. Now here they are in my neighborhood and I am happy. I took gold in and they gave me 1/3 more then other cash for gold stores were offering me. I'm sorry you had a bad time but they are a family business and have always helped me with my jewelry needs. Maybe your confused. I recommend Richards Fine Jewelry to all my friends and family. Al

VERY RUDE DISHONEST JEWELER. A WOMAN FROM THIS JEWELER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST, I TRIED TO SELL MY GOLD AND HAVE MY JEWELRY REPAIRED...BUT I DECIDED NOT TO DO IT!!!!...........SHE WANT TO BUY MY GOLD FOR A DIRT PRICE AND FIX MY JEWELRY FOR A VERY HIGH PRICE ONLY FOR A MINOR REPAIR!! WOOO, THEN I WAS HESITATED AND THREW A FIT AT ME AND SAID SHE HAS TO CHARGE ME HIGH COZ THE RENT OF THE STORE IS HIGH!!.........SO MUCH FOR THAT ATTITITUDE!! I TOOK OFF.....I DON'T THINK HER BUSINESS WILL LAST IF SHE WILL DEMONSTRATE RUDENESS TO HER CUSTOMERS...........KNOWING THE PRICE OF GOLD IN THE MARKET TODAY IS HIGH SHE WANTS TO BUY MY GOLD FOR A DIRT PRICE AND THEN WHEN I HESITATE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE!!!!!....WHAT AN UGLY WOMAN WITH A BAD BREATH!!!.....STAY AWAY FROM RICHARD'S JEWELRY REPAIR......BEWARE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!!
