BEST SALON & SPA IN THE AREA. I have been going to Karena's for years. I now live in Streamwood and Karena's Salon and Spa is the best and worth the commute to Elgin. It is a wonderful salon with very friendly staff. Tomasa is my stylist and she does great cuts and is an excellent colorist. I would recommend Karena's Salon and Spa to everyone.

Thumbs Up!. I have lived in Elgin almost my whole 30+ of life. Karena's Salon has always been friendly, clean, and professional. They make you feel very comfortable and welcome right from the get go. Even with a move in my near future that will take me further away from Elgin, I will be making the extra drive because Karena's is well worth it!

Stylists are Great!. I love going to get my hair done at Karena's Salon and Spa. Karen does a great job highlighting my hair. The staff is always friendly. I would recommend Karena's to anyone!

Stylists are Amazing!. I love going to Karena's Salon & Spa! The salon atmosphere is very relaxing! The stylists are all very helpful and knowledgable! Stephanie does my hair and she does a GREAT job! Dusty does my nails, I get the Shellac manicure and it looks great for 2+ weeks! I would definitely recommend Karena's to anyone!

Great Place to get a cute hair style and color. My sister-in-law suggested that I try Karena's. She is there all the time getting her nails schlacked (sp?) and swears by them. I was looking for a nice, relaxing salon to go to that was reasonable, but also had great stylists and had a clean contempory feel.

I had Wendy do my hair and she did a wonderful job on both the color and cut. She really took the time to figure out what I was looking for and added some suggestions too. I left loving my new hair, and I didn't have sticker shock.

Karena's is THE place to go in Elgin!. Karena's is the best salon in Elgin to go and treat yourself!

Melissa is an amazing stylist and always makes me feel great after my cut and style. She also gives a great scalp massage! Jeniece is a great breath of fresh air behind the front desk, not to mention her awesome skills as a makeup artist and esthetician! The salon is always neat and clean and has a very friendly atmosphere!

Best Hair and Nail Salon In ELGIN!!!!!. I love Karena's Hair Salon, I get my hair done there every 6 weeks....The salon is so clean and neat. Everyone is so friendly there. I love it. My stylist is Stephanie Alters and she is so Amazing with Hair. She had to color correct my hair and fix a hair disaster that I had...and She did it fast and made my hair look beautiful...She really listens to your wants and needs and makes you feel great! Karena's is the best salon and is not pricey like all the others. HAPPY 20th Anniversary Karena's!!!!! Thank you Stephanie. You all are great!

Nicest Salon in town. I have been going to Karena's for 20 years. In fact Karena use to do my nails way back when. You will always run into someone you know. Very professional and client oriented. I love my nail technician - Shannon.

Professional and courteous. OMG! I have been going to Karen's for 5+ years now. I love it. Kellie is my stylist, but have had Laura, Melissa and Wendy also cut my hair - all did great. Took my daughter for nails b-4 recital and they did a great job. Treated her like she was very special. FWIW I always recommend this salon to friends.

thumbs up!. Have to agree with cheezeit....

I've been a customer for a year and have had only positive experiences at Karena's. I drive over an hour just to have Laura cut and color my hair because she's so talented and sweet. None of the salons in the Naperville area compare in customer service, as far as I'm concerned.
