I love VIP

Obviously, BrideToBe has some type of issue. VIP is an AMAZING place and has AMAZING owners. Maybe, the reason that BrideToBe was treated so poorly is because she went in with some type of attitude problem that she OBVIOUSLY has. The customer is only right when they aren't being ridiculous.

All of my dresses are coming from VIP and I have been in 4 weddings that my dresses came from VIP and I have NEVER had a problem. Keep up the good work!

Best bridal shop!

I just want to say that I love VIP Occasions! I just recently bought my wedding gown there, and I'm very happy! They have great customer service! All of the employees are so helpful! The owners are very personal, and they make you feel as if you walked into your own home because they are so friendly! I would never step foot in another bridal shop again, and I will without a doubt recommend VIP occasions to all of my friends and family!

Service with a smile

It is unfortunate that "VIP Hater" and "Horrible 10" (which are the same person), took such a childish approach in such a public forum to discuss her disapproval of her "best friend's" wedding choices. For all those who read these posts, VIP has been nothing but accommodating, friendly and warm towards us during this sometimes stressful time of picking not only a wedding dress, but also bridesmaid dresses. VIP caters to all different brides' tastes, budgets and SIZES. They truly serve their customers with a smile!! We have had nothing but pleasant experiences and I HIGHLY recommend VIP for your wedding dress and bridesmaids needs. As to the comment of VIP wanting to charge a "$150 for alterations", VIP is very reasonable - with a $75 cap in alternation costs. It is obvious that VIP Hater has no experience with standing up in weddings and has NO clue what alterations costs are or she would have know better than to insult VIP with such MALICIOUS lies. I don't know about you women out there, but who of you want a bridesmaid like VIP Hater who has NO regard for her 'best friend' and the most special and exciting time in her life (as we see in her comments about a 'tacky' VIP, 'sequins' and the "80's prom dress" )?! If you don't like the choices a bride makes, you don't take it out on the Bridal Salon, you keep your mouth shut for the sake of your "best friend".

Although VIP does carry couture gowns, they must not be couture enough for VIP Hater...so VIP Hater, when it is your turn to get married, I am sure Neimans' will appreciate your wonderful attitude but for now step aside make way for the rest of us VIP LOVERS!!!!!

• Cons: There aren't more folks like VIP out there!!!
