This place is awful, dirty, and bad customer service. People screaming off the balconies, singing, and pounding on the walls all night.

Hang time restaurant sucks...service and management. Left after 15 of no drinks. Hotel management could care less. Pool was ice cold, % halls/elevators were nasty dirty.Super 8s r cleaner & nicer!!

Get Groupons for this place!! 4th time here and it's minutes from Chicago. Tip. Use the real washrooms next to check in to change. The one stall in the waterpark is always full.

Make sure you get a tube, they are in very limited supply.

Forget riding the big slides....they close them early and open them late in the morning. Disappointed in that. Otherwise ok..not the cleanest.

Its really nice the prices are reasonable i think its great for the little ones!
