About a year ago we had a Boston Model
1700 firepalce insert (made by Enviro) installed in our fireplace and we love it. The showroom staff were curtious and helpful in picking out the right one for our home and setting. The installers were both prompt and efficient and the installation went very well. We have used the fireplace insert very much and are very pleased in every way with the product.
Highly recommend both this product and the company for all your fireplace needs.

THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE, IF YOU DO HAVE THEM AT YOUR HOUSE MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND ESTIMATE BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT NEED ANY WORK AT ALL. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. A FRIEND OF MINE HAD WORK DONE AND THE MORTAR STARTED FALLING OFF AFTER A MONTH OF THE TUCKPOINTING. BAD NEWS I PROMISE.
BAD Customer Service. We had a general cleaning performed in April of 2011. I don't know about you, but we don't typically use our fireplace during the summer. Fired it up the first time over the New Year weekend and noticed that the flue was not operating properly. Upon review it seemed that the flue was not re-attached properly after the cleaning. We asked for someone to come out and they responded by telling us that since they performed the service back in April (about 9 months ago) they couldn't send someone out. We were considering installing gas logs from them. NOT ANY MORE!!!!! Be careful. They do not back up their service. Though we could trust a business in our own backyard.
No lifetime warranty. I had a lock top damper installed 9 years ago with lifetime warranty written on the invoice. The technician assured me, if anything would go wrong it would be fixed or replaced. However, after the product fell apart, they did not want to replace it. After 2 months of communicating back and forth, the owner got involved and refunded my purchase price.
