For D&D's, I've been overall satisfied with this particular location. They have adequate staff to handle the busy mornings (right at the Harlem METRA/Green Line/PACE stops.) They have been polite, and efficient, and the donuts have always h it the spot.
Pros: Good staff, clean store
Cons: Traffic off of Harlem
