Where is Charles?????. Charles has left Natural Elements. Does anyone know where he is now? I don't want to lose him. He is the best!

Extremely Unprofessional. I came here over six months ago because I needed a make-up artist for my wedding. I had tried eight other make-up artists around town and was at the end of my rope. Andrew Derderian helped me and did a fantastic job - I was very pleased. I booked him to do my make-up and my mom's and my sister's. I even agreed to pay a premium for him to come to the wedding location. I called him a month before the wedding to reconfirm and he assured me the day was booked for me and all was ok. Then he called me a week before my wedding (literally a week before) to say he had decided to go out of town and wasn't going to do my wedding make-up anymore. I was stunned. No one was sick, no one was hurt, he simply decided he had something better to do. If you are thinking about using him for an event, just don't. He's talented but unreliable.

Charles is at Natural Elements. I have finally found Charles, he is at Natural Element's salon in Lincoln Park. He said that he loved Rouqe but missed cutting hair. The number is 773-477-2500. I'm so glad I found him thought I would let you know.

BEST of the BEST!!. Roque Salon is by far the best salon in Chicago!! This is the 3rd time I've had my haircut by Melinda, who actually does listen to what I ask for, and always makes me look fabulous... I guess if someone went in and asked for a mullet or feathered bangs, she probably wouldn't listen to you, ha. Melinda introduced me to her secret weapon; Claudia who is by far the BEST eyebrow shaper ever!! There's an obvious reason she is booked 9 out of 10 times, but getting in to see her is for sure worth the wait. The VIP service Claudia offers rivals 5-star spas hands down...she always listens to everything you have to say, gives you the most precise shape, paying close attention to detail, and wraps up the appointment with any at-home maintenance or tips necessary. So, if you're looking for cutting-edge techniques, precise cuts and shapes, and wanting to look fabulous...Melinda and Claudia at Roque Salon are your best bet!!

amazing color!. This place is awesome, since you go in everybody treats you like a guest and not just a customer. Charles color my hair and I totally LOVE IT! he listen to everything I had to say and what I wanted, and listen to me and gave me his ideas and it turned out amazing and I came out of there as happy with my color as I could be.

If you want amazing color go see Charles you won't regret it!!!

EYEBROW EXPERT FOUND AFTER SEARCHING FOR A YEAR IN CHICAGO. Finally I found her! I have been searching for over a year to find the perfect eyebrow expert.

Claudia is the goddess of eyebrows! Thank you for making me take off my sunglasses and stop hiding. I have been to places like Aveda salons, private make-up artists, even flew back to Las Vegas several times to my original eyebrow expert for over 5 years, Catherine (Queen of eyes)!!

But the quality, comfort, and expertise Claudia offers is phenomenal! I was very pleased with her bubbly personality and 'VIP Suite' service. The price may be higher than expected - $30; but for dazzling 'striking' eyes you need to spend. I even got my eyebrows semi-permanantly dyed for a steep price $$; may not do that again. The wax was smooth and refreshing; no break outs or irritation at all!

Looking forward to a fabulous haircut now! Thanks reviewers; you made my decision easier!

Get waxed here!!. All five of these stars belong to Claudia for the awesome job she does waxing. She's so thorough and always lets me double-check Before she leaves the room. I love that she uses a special wax. That means my legs don't even get little red bumps, and the ones I get on more sensitive areas are Always gone within 24 hours and oftentimes 12. The price is right, too! Only $75 for full leg and bikini. Try finding that at another upscale salon in Chicago.

I quit going here for hair because the cut and service didn't match the price, but seriously, Claudia's a keeper! Super-friendly, very professional, all around good at what she does. Happy waxing!
