the food and service was great. I have been eat at horizon for some time now and have never had a bad meal no matter what I have ordered. The soup is to die for its so good, breakfast is great but you better come hungry because you are going to get allot of food. I love all the food and the best thing is they deliver all of this great food to your door. So if you want home cooking come here you will get it.

NEVER ORDER HERE. NEVER EVER EVER order from here. They don't include everything you order but sure enjoy charging you for it. The stuff they do include is very small portions and undercooked. If you call to complain about these things they refuse to do anything about it and don't even apologize. To top it all off, what is included is really bad quality.

This place is the pits.. I wouldn't serve this food to my dog.....nor would he probably eat it. Lets start with the fact we walked into an empty diner......the fact I didn't piece it together then is probably half my fault. Anyways, our waiter was pretty much impossible to understand, he talked to fast like he had something else to do (which clearly he didn't, unless it was maybe the guy jockeying the register...strong possibility). We placed our order and waited probably 30/40 minutes for our meal....this is when it got hilarious. The omelet looked and I'm told tasted like the raw organ of a donkey. I ordered a burger, it came on a bun with cheese.......that's it. One of the other breakfast orders came with 3 miniture bratwursts passed off as sausage links. Our waiter, while completely negligent, didn't even respond to "where the f*ck is our waiter at???" Oh.....and four of us dined here for $56. This establishment is good......good for me to poop on, because I'm pretty sure that's what they did to our plates.

I bid you good morrow.

Great owners, great food, feels like home. I have been going to Horizon for years, even back to when it was Mike's broadway cafe, but the current incarnation of this place is by far the best. The owner Nick and his family- Stella, John and brother Nick are wonderful people who truely care about their customers and business. They have become like a second family to me. The food is great. They have a diverse menu, and serve breakfast all day. The soups are made by Nick's dad John, and are made fresh daily. The service is wonderful (I have my diet coke when I sit down now). If you want a great upscale diner experience with owners who care, this is the place for you.

AVOID. I have tried to order breakfast there many times, but they just don’t know how to cook it. The hash browns are awful, usually sitting on the back of the burner until they are not edible. They also don’t know how to cook bacon. The manager is not the least bit interested if your food is cooked correctly or not. Additionally, their prices are very high.

If you want a good breakfast, go across the street to IHOP. You'll get much better food for several dollars less.
