The Scene
You can smell the meat as soon as you step inside Fogo de Chao ("fo-go de shown"), an all-you-can-eat spot where corporate types get in touch with their inner carnivore. All-white tablecloths and exposed wood beams, the decor is comfortable and sophisticated; the crowd loud and lively.

The Food
Fifteen prime cuts of meat are brought on skewers and cut at your table by specially trained gauchos. There's fatty, flavorful rump steak (the most popular cut), meltingly tender filet mignon, well-seasoned Parmesan pork loin, garlic beef and more, every one fresh from the kitchen and delicious. The salad bar has upscale staples like hearts of artichoke and palm, fresh mozzarella, wild mushrooms and asparagus. And don't forget side dishes like crispy polenta, savory mashed potatoes and fried bananas. If you've got room, try the intensely rich cafe latte cheesecake or sweet, creamy flan.

We went there for lunch, and had the most amazing service. Everything we wanted was attended to immediately. The team of waiters were professional and very attentive. The manager (Paul) greeted us and made us feel very welcome. When we inquired about smoke salmon running out at the buffet, he not only went and brought more out to the buffet - but also personally brought us a plate of it to our table. When we asked a waiter for some lamb, they went and got some lamb for us, and then it seemed like all the waiters knew we wanted lamb and wanted to take care of that need (someone came back later to ask if we got our lamb, then later another waiter came and offered us lamb chops even though our card was turned 'red'). It seems like any little thing you want is of the utmost importance to the manager and wait staff. Absolutely amazing service!

Went to Fogo on Friday November 23rd. We had 22 people in our party and everybody had a wonderful time. The food was incredible. The Filet was fork tender. The lamb was perfectly prepared. The selection on the salad bar was immense. If you like to eat then Fogo is paradise. I think I tried every offering that came out of the kitchen and my only complaint was that the ribs were a little dry (but I am picky when it comes to ribs). Will be back. Even the children enjoyed it.
