Had a vitamin C facial with Nicole. My skin feels amazing! Very friendly, professional & relaxing! Can't wait to go again!!!

The OWNER made my first experience HORRIBLE. I rec'd a GC for a mani/pedi. Booked an appt to go on Christmas Eve, as I was very busy and wanted a treat and stress reliever. Got there, Kathy started my pedi, then proceeded to tell me I should get a full pedi next time. Confused, I asked what she was talking about, so she compared a mini to full. She was under the impression that I had booked a mini pedi instead of a mani pedi. People make mistakes,I understand that, it was incredibly inconvenient, but I figured she would make it happen. NOPE. She told me her next appt was there already she didnt have time to even paint my nails, let alone give me a full pedi. The pedi was basically soaking my feet and painting my toes- thats it! So I had to wait about 40 minutes for someone else to free up, since I turned down the girl she hadn't "trained" yet to do my nails, and finally got a mani. Nicole, who did my mail was the best. She was understading, did an excellent job, and really felt bad about the situation. You would think that the owner, Kathy, would have been that way, and at least shown compassion during the holiday season. Not once did she tell me it will be ok, we will work it out- she left me sitting there, pissed, and in the end I had to pay $25 for the mini pedi- never in my life would I pay someone $25 to paint my toes. I could have done that at home. There were many times that I wanted to walk out, but not that type to do. I did have to go back to use the rest of my GC, unfortunately, but thankfully I did get Nicole again, and she rocked. Just wish she didnt work there, because I will never go back again, even if free.

Super high prices ($76 for a mani/pedi) and owner is NOT customer service friendly. STAY AWAY

So much more to this story, but not enough time to type- and waste more time. (she didnt even glue a cracked nail, but certainly informed me of it!!)
