Great Sushi!. Tried their new sushi menu the other night and it was delicious! Not the mention the price is noticeably lower than other sushi restaurant around the area, would definitely recommend this restaurant for sushi.‎

Great Chinese Food! It's about time Ifound it!. It was nice to finally find a Chinese restaurant that stands out. The service was perfect and helpful through their many menu options. I am a Kung Pao Chicken fanatic and cannot find many placed that do it right. Spicy!! No doubt about it, and full of flavor. Huge, lean and moist chicken, fried rice was done right and the Hot and Sour Soup topped off the good meal.

Trust me on this one, if you have the Chinese food craving, stop in for a great meal at a reasonable price.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. The manager and wait staff at this restaurant was awful. I had hair in my rice and was questioned on the tip I left by the waiter.

A Dine-in place with Take -out type food. Absolutely fake Chinese food. Restaurant should have been a take out place. Cooks are uncreative in their cuisine. Cantonese cooks trying to emulate Szechuan cuisine without formal training. A stir fry dish is labeled Szechuan just because they put hot chili peppers in it. Not a restaurant to experience if you are looking for authentic flavor and cooking methods of the regions of Szechuan or Beijing.

Owner does seem arrogant and uninviting. He has that aura of your just another customer and just give me your money. I think the lack of good communication between the owner and the cooks provides the uninspired food. Just making money off people who don't know what real chinese food is.

An okay restaurant for people who only think what they're getting is real and authentic. Edible just like Panda Express. Nothing special.

Best Chinese food in town. It is often a mixed bag when you try a new Chinese restaurant, since the food and standards vary so greatly. This place has consistently excellent quality food. Many of the dishes are as you have come to expect. For instance, the fried rice has peas, carrots and eggs. You'd be surprised how many restaurants do not consistently offer these in their fried rice dishes. The cuts of meat are excellent, not 2nd rate or lower quality meat as at other places. We love to eat in the dining room and see our meals being cooked or take our children to visit the large fish tank or watch tv to keep them busy so we can have a relaxed meal. The service is fast, friendly and will cater to your requests or needs. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Terrible, slow, pathetic, and tasteless Chinese. The service was slow and the people seemed disorganized. The food was greasy and not much beyond that for taste. I also wouldn't recommend this because the price. It was also outragous for the quality of the food. Fast food Chinese is better than this. There are a lot of good resturants in Chicagoland, this isn't one of them. Your best best is to visit of of the other area resturants.

Hidden Treasure with fast delivery. I like to think of myself as a Chinese food connoisseur and I thought that there were plenty of dishes on the menu that refelct an authentic style of food. Authenic enough to keep me coming back to try new things.

Although non-authentic, the Egg Foo Young is made fresh to order and delicious! There are a variety of dishes on the menu that have a lot of flavor. Some dishes are better than others. You can't go wrong with any Fried Rice, Fried Noodle or Chow Fun noodle; Potstickers; Mongolian Beef; Governor's Chicken; Beijing Duck; Steamed Fish; Mu Shu, and the list goes on...

I do have to say, I was a little upset to see a White waiter (...I don't know why, but I think that it takes away from the Chinese food experience), but as it turns out, he is just as Chinese as them--speaking Mandarin with both the front of the house and the kitchen!

The party room in the back has a massive fish tank with adorable fish. Over the P.A. plays iconic 'Chinese Restaurant Music'-- You know... Karaoke Pop remixes as well asthose timeless classics from the Seventies with a little Asian flair.

It's a good place and it's a shame that people might not know about it, all tucked away behind the EL tracks. Just as good... when I have it delivered, it comes pretty timely... one time in fifteen minutes!

On the downside, there's no re-fills (except for Iced Tea), there is a charge if you want extra rice, hot tea, and there is a %15 mandatory tip (Although I don't tknow if they enforce it).

Authentic Chinese Food. Szechwan Beijing has the most incredible Chinese food I have ever eaten. If you want real authentic Asian foods, come to Szechwan Beijing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. Service is excellent. All around an excellent Chinese restaurant. Very accessible by public transportation.

Never Again!. I have ordered from this restaurant on several occasions, but will never do so again. The food was passable, and the prices were reasonable (although on the high side for Chinese). The owner and his son, however, are arrogant and difficult, and absolutely awful to deal with. The time before last, when I ordered, the person who took the order apparently wrote my credit card number down wrong, because the owner, whose English is not all that good, called me back and berated me for intentionally giving him a credit card number that I knew was wrong. When I tried to tell him he had the number wrong (there was plenty of availability - I used the card the next day with no problem), he insisted that I give him another card number, and was nothing short of rude, saying I had tried to cheat hm. The last time I tried to order, I got the son. He told me that because I had placed a pickup order and never shown up, they would not deliver to me and I had to come and order in person. I have never placed a pickup order at their restaurant, or any other restaurant, in my entire life! We always either eat at the restaurant, or have it delivered. Ordering food and then having to go and get it is just not worth the trouble! And neither is this restaurant. There are plenty of places to eat where the owners appreciate their customers, and treat them with respect. This isn't one of them.

Authentic Dishes, High Quality & Fresh Ingredients - Can't go Wrong. The menu is quite extensive; I had one of the duck dishes and it was great-not greasy but definetely not dry and very flavorful. The atmosphere was comfortable; fancy without being formal. There was also entertainment! There's a huge picture window into the kitchen so you (or your kids) can be entertained while waiting for your meal. Ask about the banquet hall - there's a giant fish in the tank back there (not to be eaten!!) =) We travelled to Oak Park from Palatine and it was WELL Worth the Ride!!
