My glass guys. This place is not mutch to look at,.. but the prices and service are great! The guy up front (jeff i think) got my window done the same day! ...Thanks Tayloe!...i'll be back for some mirrors in the fall hopefully.

A company that actually gives 'service'. Tayloe Glass has bailed me out of numerous window mishaps over the 35 years I have lived in Oak Park. They are fast, courteous and always go the extra mile!!

Very Friendly & Helpful!!. A great experience all round. I felt very welcomed, they were friendly, yet professional. I thought for sure the job would have cost me a whole lot more. They showed me ways to keep the job price down!! Can't say that for too many companies.

This is where I am coming for any future glass needs, without a doubt. I actually felt valued. Not just a dollar sign walking in the door.

NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!!. What a refreshing change...a business that actually gives a darn about their customers!!

I had a complicated job, the owner walked me through every step, VERY professional.

I got quotes from other companies, Tayloe's price was extremely fair. To be honest....I wouldn't have minded paying a bit more if I had to. For the level of service & knowledge I received.

Typical of today's service businesses.. Awful. Working with this company has been the definition of frustration.

Everything started off well. They came out did a free measurement, nice. Then I explained to the manager or owner that my building was paying for the work directly, he still demanded payment from me before the glass was ordered. Wanting to expedite the process I complied. Sent half the money to them. Two weeks after they cashed my check, I'm still waiting for the window. Haven't heard from them, not a single follow up call. I've had to call them twice, just to hear them tell me that glass takes a while (3 business days changed to 5 business days). Meanwhile, I have a broken window and they have my money.

Maybe all glass companies are terrible, but I'd go to anyone else before I'd use these guys.
