Very Poor Customer Service.
Bad experience. Taxes got done, but this firm took forever once we filed an extension. Months passed with no contact although everything was in. Did not return calls. Did not seem to care one bit
about us, as new clients.
We won't return to this firm to get our taxes done next year. There was zero interest in helping us find legal tax deductions we were entitled to receive. Our questions remained unanswered. Our returns were complicated and we needed guidance and expertise. Did not get it here.
If you want personal service, someone who works hard to keep your taxes lower, finding legal deductions, asking questions, considering things you might have overlooked, do NOT come to this firm. Poor, poor communication, even amongst the team. Lack of interest.…
