Worse Service - Filing A BBB Report Against Them

I like Yedan called my home insurance company for a plumber. They sent out Patel's. The first day they scheduled an appointment, they called back late that afternoon and asked to cancel the appointment because the plumber "would be off". It was bad enough they wanted me to wait a day and a half for him to come. When I insisted that I couldn't wait two days for him, they said he would be out at the original scheduled time.
When he came to fix the problem I told him I was having, He told me that he didn't bring the "rodder" to fix the problem. He asked for the service call fee and that he would be back the next morning at 9 am.
After not hearing from him at 11 am the next day, I called their office. After leaving 4-5 messages and 2 hours later, I finally reached someone in their office.. They blamed it on the insurance company and said they would call me back. I never got a call back. I called the insurance company, they never received a call back.
I had to call and get someone else to come back and fix the problem (and pay another service charge). I am filing a BBB report against them, as well as with the attorney general in IL.
I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I had to use Patel's because they were the contracted plumber through my home insurance. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they did not return my nor the insurance company's calls. Finally , even the insurance company filed a complaint against them.

I f you want to get frustated and aggravated call Patels plumbing.

This has got to be the worst most unprofessional company I have dealt with ,starting with keeping their word first I made an appoinment on a certain date ,what do you know they did'nt show up, then I tried calling them repeatedly I got nothing but a an answering machine after finally getting thru they said they would schedule it for a different day no apologies nothing never mind the fact that i had to skip work for awhile to let them in the house then there was the money issue I can go on and on but is useless .Mr Patel if you are reading this dont forget this, you have to eat every day not just once sure you got away with doing bad business this time but you can count on the fact that I will never hire you again or recommend you to anybody and as a result when people google for a plumber they will read this and other reviews and think it a 1.000.000 times before hiring you hopefully you will learn something out of this and change your business ways or the next time you will need a plumber to come and take you out of the gutter.
