THIS PLACE SUX. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THEY CALL A DEALERSHIP NO GOOD PEOPLE CARS ARE NO GOOD ,HIGH PRICE ,HIGH MILEAGE ,THEY LIE TO YOU TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. FROM NOW ON I WILL DEFINATELY READ REVIEWS ON ANYBODY I AM GIVING MY MONEY TO. WHEELS OF CHICAGO HAS PISSED ME THE HELL OFF, AND AFTER GOING THROUGH IT AND SEE THAT A FEW OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE IS MAKING ME EVEN MORE PISSED. I WON'T EVEN BLAM THE SALES REPS. THEY HAVE TO MEET THERE QUOTA SO IT'S THERE JOB TO MAKE A SALE, I BLAM THE OWNER, WHO AUTHORIZES THEM TO PUT BAD CARS ON THE LOT TO SALE. I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR TWO WEEKS AND IT'S BEEN IN THERE SERVICE REPAIR SHOP MORE TIMES THAN I HAVE DRIVEN IT. AND THEY ALWAYS TELL YOU IT WILL BE READY IN A FEW HOURS WHICH ALWAYS TURNS INTO A FEW DAYS. SO I REPEAT IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THEM, CHANGE YOUR MIND. ALL OF THERE CARS HAVE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THEM. I KNOW USED CARS HAVE PROBLEMS BUT DAMN NOT WITHIN TWO WEEKS AND THE CAR IN THE SHOP HALF OF THOSE TWO WEEKS FOR SEVERAL DIFFERENT PROBLEMS, NOT THE SAME PROBLEMS SEVERAL DIFFERENT PROBLEMS. I REPEAT ONE LAST TIME STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM WHEELS OF CHICAGO.....................

fake advertisements. i checked the advertisements on website and on the banners on the showroom about the cars on low down and on low payments and then called to the sales person, so they totally denied it and start giving me the high payments with some more down payment to get the car.

I am not satisfied from their services. Be careful you all.

I disagree with the two below reviews. I purchase my second car from them and they give me amazing deal. I buy 2005 Toyota Rav-4 at amazing price and everyone there so helpful. All used cars have problms, thats why they USED CARS! Fred in Service is the best and when he tells me wait few hours, it is never longer than a few hours so I dont know what below people are talking about. They are best dealership in Chicago and I already refer 8 friends of mine there and EVERY one is super happy. Thanks WOC for selling me another beautiful car, I will never go anywhere else you guys are too good to me!!!

THE BEST SERVICE IN CHICAGO!. I was rejected from 2 other dealers before coming to WOC. The staff was soo nice to me and treated me so kindly. They helped me establish credit and 3 cars later, I could not be happier. Not only has wheels of chicago helped me establish my credit for my future, but I have made and saved $ from their referral and variety of programs they offer. Their attached finance company has the nicest people working and they always make me feel soo comfortable. I never thought I would actually enjoy making a car payment but i do. I highly recommend it!

Buyers Beware. I don't know how the managers and owners of this place sleep at night. They sold me a car with a bum engine, then would not honor the warranty when the car died two months later. I paid $3,000 to have the engine replaced and it took them three weeks to do work that should have taken a day. The car was dirty and scratched when it was finally returned to me. Do not, under any circumstances, buy a car from this dealership or have any work done at the shop!

Amazing service, amazing vehicles, amazing staff. I have been a Wheels of Chicago customer for 6 years, buying 5 different cars from them. I have never been treated with such respect in my life. The sales staff are overly nice and will do anything to help you. The managers fight for you in any case, and want to see you drive a way in a great vehicle. Of the 5 cars I bought, I have never had a problem with any of them. Every car was extremely clean and worked perfectly. What I enjoyed most is that whenever I needed anything, they were at my feet waiting to help. They finance everybody regardless of your credit score and will help you get in a car. If there's any used car dealership I can recommend, it would definetly be wheels of chicago. With amazing staff and a great service, you cant go wrong purchasing a vehicle from them. Wheels of Chicago is the BEST!!!!!

Cheaters and Run away from them. This is a ripe off for average and below income people. If you have car insurance they will bill your car insurance to make tons of money with poor quality work. I will not suggest this place to even my enemy.
