Beware of buying products from Chatto! I've been a loyal customer to Chatto Skin Care & Hair Care for well over a year. Recently I purchased shea butter hair moisturizer online. It arrived liquified when it was supposed to be solid. I have never had that problem before, so I contacted Chatto Wright. She informed me to place it in the refrigerator over night, take it out and call her back the next day. The next day I removed it from the refrigerator and it liquidfied within an hour. I called her and she immediately got a nasty attitude and asked me what did I want to do. I told her that I wanted a replacement, I've been using the same product for over a year and that has never happened. She actually wanted me to either drive 30 miles to her shop to get a replacement or mail it back to via my money. If it were my salon, I would have immediately told my customer to just throw it away and sent out a new jar the same day. She lost a loyal customer over $24. It got to the point were she was actually raising her voice at me and would not allow me to get a word in. Very, very unprofessional. It's a shame.

Confident with her advice. My son recommended Chatto. he was preparing his hair for locks but prior to starting at Chatto, he was not successful. his hair was short, dry and brittle but since starting at Chatto his hair is growing and it looks great. My hair is badly damaged from relaxers and poor treatment. I decided to try Chatto after I witnessed his positive results.. I consulted with Chatto and she appeared knowledgeable about hair care. I walked away feeling confident with her advice and I have started receiving services.

I am happy with the results. Great experience. Chatto was very knowledgeable and informative. I had a lot of questions and got a lot of answers. I can tell the salon is not all about the dollar, but actually about the client. At first I did not know what to expect. But I am happy with the results.

Thank you for helping me!. I had a wonderful experience. My hair was huge. I went natural 3 years ago and it was a big poof of hair. It was dry and you couldn’t see my curls. Thanks to Chatto I can actually see my curls, my hair moves, and there’s moisture! Thank you for helping me tame the beast!

I will recommend Chatto to anyone looking for a salon. I rate my experience as 5 stars. The service is excellent and Ms. Chatto seems to know exactly what works for me. I also appreciate the tips she gives me for caring and styling my hair. I will recommend Chatto to anyone looking for a salon.

Very informative!. 2nd visit to the salon, appreciate education about hair care/scalp care in addition to styling. Staff was also very friendly. No complaints.

Very satisfied. I’ve been coming to Chatto’s since August 2010 for braids. I’m really glad I’ve found a place in the city for quality braids. My hair is a lot healthier since I’ve been coming to Chatto, and I’m very pleased with it.
