Great Carpet and Laminate for the money

I found American Carpet and Hardwood on line and was checking reviews of many places. Most of the reviews I saw were pretty bad until I came across American Carpet and Hardwood. The reviews were great so I thought I'd take a chance on a company that I never heard of. They were very professional and had is very good pricing. They were able to do 3 rooms of carpeting and a kitchen of hardwood laminate that looks absolutely awesome. My house looks like a whole new home. Larry the owner was very nice and professional and keeps his word. What i mean by that is the one installer for the hardwood needed a few parts that he needed to get at Home Depot. Larry told me to purchase whatever he needed and larry would reimburse me with a check. About two days later the check showed up and I realized this is the place to do business. I will be using them in the future for another room sometime in the future. Thank you American Carpet and Hardwood.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY

I highly recommend American Carpet and Hardwood. We picked out our carpets for three different rooms and in 36 hours we had everything installed at a great price. We will definetly use again and we will recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you for a great job.

Get what you want at a better price

I have to start off by saying I love these guys and I am so happy that I went them and am recommending them to everyone I know. In a nutshell for the same carpet they were cheaper, faster to install, and a lot nicer and less pushy, and the installation was top quality!

Now my carpet search started with a call at Luna which was the most frustrating experience as I felt they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They measure the space give you a handful of options and are unable to quote you a price per square foot on any carpet until you select a carpet and give you a job price. And then as you keep not taking the bait the price slowly goes down. Really disgusting business practice and did not inspire any faith that things would go well.

Next stops were Carpet One and Rexx carpets, they had a good selection but I thought they were expensive. If I had to go with one of them Rexx was the least sales-y. But then I landed on American Carpet & Hardwood Flooring Distributors review on yelp and I thought I would give them a try.

I drove to their warehouse and I have to admit I was a bit intimidated since it does not look like store but it looks like a warehouse. But I decided to brave it and go in. I met Larry, who is a really nice person and super knowledgeable, he showed me what carpets they carried. Then he also mentioned he can get any carpet regardless of whether they normally stock it. So I got Larry to quote me their price for a carpet I saw elsewhere that I liked. Larry called me back a few hours later and told me fully loaded their price and it was over 30% cheaper than elsewhere and on top of that his lead time is faster. I had a good feeling about Larry and his company so I decided to go ahead with them.

The installers came and got the carpet installed super well! They did a great job cleaning up and were professional the whole way. Larry called during the installation to check whether I was happy with everything going on.

All in all a 5* experience!
