In Short
The much-copied look of hardwood floors, decorative stained glass, checked tablecloths, brass rails and walls filled with knickknacks has been a staple at this restaurant franchise. Originally a hit for its frisky bar scene, Friday's is now known just as much for its kid-friendly entrees. The menu alternates between typical American fare (salads, potato skins, Angus burgers and grilled chicken) and modestly international cuisine like fajitas, wraps and pot stickers.

The change in personnel has uprooted one of our favorites. From godawful seating service(tried to fit four adults into a sardine can and completely have a chair blocking a double aisle even though the restaurant was empty. I had to be asked to be moved to another table) to a waitress who couldn't keep an order straight, it became one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I can remember. The manager was only interested in doing something after I had paid the check and remarked that I would be rating his restaurant (even though our waitress told him of the problem she was having and he passed by our table at least 6 times. I received my food after everyone at the table finished eating because the waitress wrote something down that was completely wrong) so much for the Friday's concern about their customers. To be fair, I must say that the food was very good, but not very enjoyable due to the lack of efficiency by the staff of this restaurant. If you need aggravation to get your taste buds rolling, then this is the place for you! Personally I would prefer my indigestion from food and service I thoroughly enjoy!
