Almost everything comes straight off the grill, with steaks being the star. Other choices include seafood, chicken and zesty, fall-off-the-bone ribs. The side dish of note is bourbon barbecued beans. The dessert specialty is apple pie.

It was Saturday night; the tables are not too close to each other, the service was excellent, the beer was cold, but the food was about equal parts meat and salt. Makes one wonder what the underlying quality of the meat really was.

This is a restaurant where they grill everything on Weber Kettle Charcoal Grills, even dessert. Everything has a unique grilled taste. The atmosphere is elegant which is strange for a restaurant that grills everything. The prices are reasonable. It is a must go if you are in the Chicago area.

The restaurant left a lot to the desired when it comes to grilling. The food was grilled no doubt, but the pairings and the taste were not good at all. The restaurant has more of a diner atmosphere where they pile the food up on your table. The seafood is not good here and the service is average.
