Tips for Hair Today Gone Tomorrow

Working for me. I am continuing the treatments at the new company that I payed for before hand, and the new management is actually nice. I usually am really late to all of my appointments and they still accommodate me. I'm guessing this all happened to everyone before they got new management.

I'm getting the alexandrite treatment as well, it's working ok for me, I wish it was faster, but I do see some reduction in the amount of hair that grows back after each treatment. I have like a couple more left, and most of it is gone. I hope this works out for everyone else!

Lucky one here. I would have to say it did work for me to a point. I have considerably less hair, not smooth, but less. I am glad I got the ones I bought over before the end of the summer. I would have to say that Kate who was in Naperville, and then was moved to Orland was great. I drove way out to Naperville even though Orland was closer just because Kate was so great. Always went above and beyond. I always had her schedule my appointments and after the last one she said she couldnt and I would have to call the main office which I hate talking to I always had to fight with the person on the phone to get what I needed. I had a feeling that they were cutting back this summer but had no idea that they were going under like that.

Good Luck Kate wherever you are...

Paul

Literally Gone Tomorrow. I have been calling the old main number for weeks to change my appointment and there was no answer or it just hung up on me. Seems like its going to be hard to get this resolved. The new number on their site is to another business no longer affiliated with HTGT. Im sure there are plenty of people with treatments left. Last month they had a 70% every treatment sale. I feel lucky that I didn't get more taken because if their phones had been working I would have purchased a package.

What a disappointment after being a customer for YEARS and giving positive information to women that knew I had used their services. I did experience redness and pain but never enough to stop the treatments which obviously worked enough for me to be willing to deal with rude techs/apt schedulers to get the results.

If they do get their acts together STAY AWAY. Dont give them a chance to take your time and money.

Worst investment EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have spent over $3,300 at this place and got nothing but aggravation in return. I began my treatments over a year ago and started with my face. The second treatment gave me such a reaction that I walked around for weeks hiding my face. Now I have permanent scars on my cheeks, and up until the treatments I had perfect skin.

The tech I saw in Northbrook was ALWAYS late, so my time got cut short every appointment. The main office is always rude, and you have to go through them to book every appointment. They are always booked so you have to schedule your appointment way in advance. You must also make sure you have plenty of hair growth, which is pretty frustrating to try to time accordingly.

The tech I usually saw talked me in to buying a special of a year's unlimited full body treatments, knowing I was moving out of state, but promised to extend my contract. What a crock! After my move, I planned a return home and scheduled 4 appts. The night before one of them I received a call saying she had to cancel. I found out her car broke down, so my appts were all cancelled. What kind of business can't accommodate clients when one of their techs has a personal issue like that? VERY unprofessional.

After all of this, trying to get any sort of compensation is almost impossible. I got the runaround from many people in the office to the tech! I am still working on getting this issue resolved. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!!!!!

Hair Today, There Tomorrow. I have three general things to say: 1 - I'm glad that this was a testimonial agreement and that I didn't have to actually pay for it. 2 - I'm glad they cancelled due to "budget issues" before I spent too much time telling my listeners to go to HGTG. 3 - it plain and simply doesn't work.

I did the six treatments, spent all of last summer out of the sun, dealt with the rude techs, and six months after my last treatment the hair has grown back. What a farce. A painful, painful farce. I feel terrible for all of those who actually paid to have themselves zapped for no reason.

MONEY TODAY, GONE TOMORROW. HAIR? STILL THERE.. It stinks! I paid $6500 hoping to put an end, or at least a relief on my unwanted situation, but after two years, (YES: 2 YEARS) of not going to the sun at all, not enjoying the nice weather with my children, and doing absolutely everything they asked me to do, I am back to the beginning, but a lot more distressed and frustrated. The technicians, aside form maybe two of them, are rude and cold. I don't consider that as professional. Speaking of which, any time I tried to solve this situation, talking, writing and intending to being fair and understanding, I received nothing but vague answers, where every body blames someone else, but nothing is solved. I am light skin and dark hair, supposedly the perfect combination for the system to work. I don't know how many more people will believe on them, but I am definitely going to try to discourage any person, man or woman, to go there. PLEASE, DON'T GO!!!

Does not Work!. Simply said.......this does not work! I had a year of treatments and nothing. I am supposed to be the ideal candidate (light skin / dark hair). The hair grew back completely and is actually worse in some areas (thicker and darker). Ladies, this is just a lie. It is painful (they burned me quite a few times) and is a waste of time. Get laser hair removal instead.

NO RESULTS!. Doesn't work. How did they get FDA approval? First, the technician has left many spots after every treatment. I had stripes of hair all over the place. Second, the hair grows back 100% every time. There is no "reduction" in the number of hairs. I have been going for over a year and had 9 treatments which leave me feeling sunburnt and scabby for 2 weeks afterword. It is time consuming, painful and inconvenient. I want my money back, and it's not gonna happen . I wish I never met these people and just had the alexandrite laser like everyone else. They say they're the "only FDA approved system" - but who cares. The Alexandrite laser works for more people than their IPL system. Plus, I am light skinned and dark haired - the supposed "ideal". Still no results.
