In Short – A mixed crowd of Serbian expats and locals bellies up to the bar or settles into the adjacent dining room. The menu offers wings, calamari and thin-crust pizzas, as well as Mediterranean specialties like lamb shank and garlicky baba ghanoush with warm pita. Other offerings include Balkan plates like qevapa, a well-seasoned sausage that mingles beef, garlic and spices in a skewered snack for two. Sweet baklava and crème caramel are among the desserts. – – –
Editor's Tips
- Save Money:
- Dig into specials every day except Saturday, including 25-cent wings on Mondays, $2 burgers on Tuesdays, and $1.50 chili during the game on Sundays.
- What to Drink:
- There are more than 30 beers offered, including Turbo Dog and Birra Tirana. The wine list offers by-the-glass options like an Australian shiraz-cabernet, a Californian zinfandel and a Greek red, for around $5.

Brisku's Tops!

You can't find a better meal than you can find at Brisku's! I stick with the Albanian and Mediterranean dishes as there's no place I've found with more delicious dishes of those varieties. Bite into one of their appetizers or entrees and the flavor explodes in your mouth! The flavors don't fight with each other, they dance in harmony and delight your tastebuds. Try their sausage dish, you won't ever look back! (Qevapas) They even offer specials every weekday! You can't beat that! Try their cask ale. Delicious! Oh and I know I said I didn't really do their American dishes too often, but their burger really is KILLER and I haven't had better wings anywhere! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Service is stellar and accomodating. You just can't go wrong with Brisku's!
- Pros: diverse and delicious menu, great drinks selection, cask ale
- Cons: not into sports but it's not too obnoxious
Highly Recommended!

I think it's the best place for a group - friends or family. The food is great and there is something to satisfy every taste bud. My favorite is the stuffed chicken as an entree and I can't even begin to pick a favorite appetizer (there are so many good ones to choose from). The ambience is friendly and relaxed, the service is prompt and the drinks are cheap. What's not to like!!
- Pros: Inexpensive, Extensive Menu, Great Service
- Cons: Parking

great place to meet before late weekends

I love going to the Bistro on weekends for pre-ups. I meet my friends, have a tasty dinner and some cocktails, then hit the town. I normally have calamari (fresh, not frozen, and the best in town) and follow it with a fantastic Brisku Burger, or if im exceptionally hungry, ill have the Bistro stuffed chicken. The fantastic jukebox selection, FREE DARTS, and welcoming aura make Briskus Bistro my favorite place to just hang out, have a good time, and of course, enjoy some great food and great drinks.
- Pros: cheap drinks, great food, great ambiance
Favorite place to relax.

I was at Brisku's Bistro with my friends for a birthday party. We all got pretty wrecked and it did not cost too much. Good place to have your "get togethers".. good place to meet with large group of friends.
The food is great. You have a laid back bar feel to the place, but the food comes out and dishes are very good. You can choose from familiar stuff like burgers, chicken sandwiches.... or mediteranean foods that are not familar to most but very good. I highly recommend trying the menu.
- Pros: Good food., Relaxed., Fun.
