In Short – A mixed crowd of Serbian expats and locals bellies up to the bar or settles into the adjacent dining room. The menu offers wings, calamari and thin-crust pizzas, as well as Mediterranean specialties like lamb shank and garlicky baba ghanoush with warm pita. Other offerings include Balkan plates like qevapa, a well-seasoned sausage that mingles beef, garlic and spices in a skewered snack for two. Sweet baklava and crème caramel are among the desserts. – – –

Brisku's Tops!

by muzikchick at Citysearch

You can't find a better meal than you can find at Brisku's! I stick with the Albanian and Mediterranean dishes as there's no place I've found with more delicious dishes of those varieties. Bite into one of their appetizers or entrees and the flavor explodes in your mouth! The flavors don't fight with each other, they dance in harmony and delight your tastebuds. Try their sausage dish, you won't ever look back! (Qevapas) They even offer specials every weekday! You can't beat that! Try their cask ale. Delicious! Oh and I know I said I didn't really do their American dishes too often, but their burger really is KILLER and I haven't had better wings anywhere! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Service is stellar and accomodating. You just can't go wrong with Brisku's!

  • Pros: diverse and delicious menu, great drinks selection, cask ale
  • Cons: not into sports but it's not too obnoxious

I think it's the best place for a group - friends or family. The food is great and there is something to satisfy every taste bud. My favorite is the stuffed chicken as an entree and I can't even begin to pick a favorite appetizer (there are so many good ones to choose from). The ambience is friendly and relaxed, the service is prompt and the drinks are cheap. What's not to like!!

  • Pros: Inexpensive, Extensive Menu, Great Service
  • Cons: Parking
