“The best way to make good, expensive shoes last.”
If you have vauable items come here for the BEST of the BEST. I have been going to Harry's for approx 12 years and am 100% satisfied every single time. And I don't trust my items with just anyone because I have expensive shoes and purses. My items always come out beautiful and I leave out so thankful for their great service AND customer service!!! They can do just about anything from dying purses and shoes to cutting down a high heel to make it more comfortable. Please try them out and you will keep coming back like I do. Satisfaction is exceptional. Don't trust your valuable items with anyone else!!!
Ripp off and bait and switch artists...
A few weeks back I paid to have a piece of elastic replaced in a pair of italian boots. I asked for a new piece and they assuremed me they would be able to replace it.
They charged $30 for the new piece. When I picked it up, it was the original piece. When I complained the counter person said it was the shoe guys fault and threw $5 in the counter. They never attempted to order a new piece of material
I would not mind paying for the work. But If I knew they were going to poorly stitch the original part, I would have gone elsewhere.
CRIMINALS!!! $38 for a plastic heal piece!!!. Would be 7 dollars or 10 anywhere else for this five minute repair. Caviat emptor (buyer beware) go somewhere else, trust me, I wish I'd checked the reviews before I did..."
Exceptional Customer Service, the best workmanship in Chicago for shoe repair.. I found the service at Harry's professional and excellent. I will never ever take my shoes anywhere else. The quality of workmanship is exceptional. Keep doing what you are doing!!!!!
Best Shoe Repair in Midwest. After 90 years of business, Harry's is certainly doing something right. A family-run establishment, Harrys has taken my 2 season old pradas that had seen snow, sleet, and salt and turned them brand new. About $15 for a broken heel. $10 and up for refurbishing. The best way to make good, expensive shoes last.
