WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE AT THIS LOCATION.
Horrible experience with Liz at this location!
Had a reservation with a confirmation - had to use the car for work for the weekend - and they DID NOT have any cars available!!!
They did not TRY to find another location with a car or offered me any type of reasonable offer - such as a car from a different location! All she said was: "SORRY ABOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION, BUT I HAVE NO CARS"...this was not followed by any proposal to call another branch or to give me a car the next day - she was very unprofessional!
Rent from another location!!!
Ended not taking a cab everywhere that weekend! Spent $180 because they DID NOT HAVE A CAR TO HONOR THE RESERVATION CONFIRMED BY THEM!!!
HORRIBLE service at this location OVERALL!
Great rates with Enterprise, but do another location -but if you are in my situation where if they CANNOT honor the reservation you can loose your job, then I do not recommend at all!…
