Saturday afternoon, 2 pm no heat. What are the odds of finding someone the same day, with parts, to fix electronic furnace of a specific brand? Apparently, with the help of Citysearch, very good. Called Mr. Calabrese out of the blue, came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed it, checked the rest of the furnace just to make sure everything was working properly. Saturday afternoon, 5pm, there is heat in the apartment...2 stickers with Mr. Calabrese's phone number firmly attached to a furnace and a boiler...wishing all of life was that easy.

Repairman diagnosed the problem quickly and drove all around the city to find a hard-to-find part. Great service!
