.... I wish I would have done more research before contract Edward Fox to do my wedding. I will say, I received beautiful pictures, but they're not at all what I asked for. They provided me more services than I asked for, but only because they used my wedding as a training session for a young photographer which I didn't realize was happening until the day of my wedding. Marcia seems to have great reviews, but I worked with Michele and she was awful. She told me so many false things and then just quit communicating with me when I called her out on her lies! For weeks! I finally called the Schaumburg office and a wonderful woman names Brenda helped me finally get my album. The photographers missed many moments in my wedding like the bouquet toss, my husbands portraits and shots with his groomsman and they didn't take any pictures of kids at the wedding. I asked for "in the moment" pictures and I received a bunch of "get together and smile" pictures. Again, beautiful, but not what I asked for at all.

Thank you!!. I'm stunned by any review that was less than 5 stars! Customer service, Marcia, and our photographer, Tunwa, were BEYOND amazing!! Marcia made me feel like an important client - not just a customer. Tunwa is an amazing artist with a vision and eye for his craft. I wonder if some people had a bad experience because they tried to dictate what pictures they wanted - this is an art, these people know what they're doing. I simply told Tunwa to show me where to go and what to do... he delivered! Our package was a more than reasonable price too. Tunwa was worth his weight in gold - he's amazing. I would recommend Edward Fox to all new brides and I plan on using them for all my future family photos and events. Thank you!!

THANKS BRENDA!. My wife and I did business with Edward Fox Photography for our wedding in the summer of 2010. We live in Arizona, so doing an out-of-state wedding was pretty stressful, but thankfully we dealt with Brenda Nicolin. She made this experience possible for several reasons:

She was pleasant and always pacient when speaking to us. She sounds genuine every time whether we talk to her on the phone or in person, which helps a lot with reassuring us that everything would run smoothly.

Brenda is also well-organized. She knew us by name and seldom had to be reminded of which clients we were, for which she quickly had our notes in front of her and could remind us often of what the details of our package included. She helped accomodate our budget as much as possible, giving us confidence that every dollar we put into Edward Fox was reasonable at the very least.

Her personality reflects her professionalism and as long as Brenda is contributing to the company, we intend to do business with Edward Fox again. Our friends and family have already heard so many great things about our experience thanks to Brenda and when you as a potential client decide to work with Edward Fox, I hope you ask for Brenda Nicolin to work with you. I doubt that anyone could top the dedication and enthusiasm she has to making her clients happy.

Blessed Day. Great photography! I love my pictures, our photographer was awesome. It rained all day on my wedding day so there were no outside pictures during the day. He noticed that the rain let up some and my husband and I snuck outside during our reception to take pictures at the gazboo. These last minute/late night photos are by far our favorites! We are happy with Edward Fox and our photographer! Thanks for capturing our big day!

Great Photographer. Our photographer was great! He stayed right where the action was throughout our wedding.....he didn't miss a single pic we wanted. He showed up on time and starting taking pictures right away. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thanks Again !. Tiffany was great! She really did the research before our wedding to make sure that she knew exactly what we wanted. She was flexible with our requests and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to other couples!
