Great Service

I have been coming here for the last two years. Proximity to my house made me go in initially, and the suburb service has brought me back ever since. The ladies here are always willing to get me my clothes whenever I need them (next day in most cases). I have never lost an item, and the prices for shirts are as cheap as anywhere else in this neighborhood. I've also had a few alterations done here, and they were quality workmanship.

NOt Happy

they lost two of my quilts, refused to pay. I out $200 and need a new cleaners

Ever since Bucktown Cleaners got bought by a corporation, the service has been terrible. They botched several of my shirts, which wasn't so bad. (I had them re-clean them at their own expense.) But then they *ruined* a skirt of my wife's and is yet to reimburse us, almost a month later. We have definitely switched to another dry cleaner, and we recommend that you do the same.
