Don't rent from Tancor

DO NOT RENT FROM TANCOR!!! The property manger Diana is a complete "B" and has no personable skills. She is not helpful and relies on Tim the office manager to deal with everything. Tim is great and tries his best to assist you the best he can. Tony the maintenance man is great too! Call him with any problems and he will be there within an hour to fix whatever needs to be done.

They have been building a store below our unit since October. We were never informed this was going to be taking place. Our water or power is turned off at least once a week with less than 24hr notice. There are contractors in and out of the building all the time. One day I came home to find two of them in our apartment, we were never given notice!!!!

We found r0aches at the end of May. We complained daily but it took 6 weeks for Tancor to finally call Orkin! Not very good management.

The kitchen looks nice and updated, however the cabinet doors don’t shut and magically open on their own. Not a good look having all or your cabinets open all the time. We have to tie the majority of the handles together so the won’t open, but the some you just have to deal with being open all the time….

They also had the audacity to raise our rent $100. Needless to say we are moving!
