Pleasant surprise!.
We tried Ruby Burritos for breakfast as we heard it was good. We were pleasantly surprised. It has mostly American breakfast but also some Mexican style breakfasts also. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. I got the heuvos rancheros, which was scrambled eggs with chirizo with tortillas and rice and beans. My husband got the skillet breakfast which was too much for him to eat. Others with us got the stuffed french toast with bananas and the belgian waffle.
I am looking forward to eating there for lunch and dinner.
