OVERPRICED, BAD SERVICE. They say it's hard to find a good and honest mechanic. Well, Riverside BP is the reason they say that. -Riverside BP didn't fix the problem with my vehicle the first time. Had to bring it back because part had 1 year warranty.

-Riverside BP charges way too much (20% more than other quotes I received)

-You have to haggle for a fair price (the manager gives the excuse that the owner won't let him go lower in price, while the owner is mysteriously never there. "He... he has some personal business to attend to")

-YOU have to call them to find out what's wrong with your car and when it will be ready ("Oh yeah, it's been ready")
