This Place Is The Worst!. I have never seen a more incompetent and rude office staff in my whole life. This place is more concerned about getting your money than your welfare. I have worn glasses and contacts for over 30 years and I have never had this much trouble with an eye doctor. The staff calls you repeatedly before your appointment to find how you plan to pay for your services. They called my insurance company before I came in to make sure I wasn’t, “lying about my coverage”. At that point I should have known something was wrong . After they verified my coverage they called to inform me it was “OK” to come in. Gee, thanks for allowing me to give you my business. After the doctor completed the exam they still could not figure out how to bill my insurance. Furthermore, they refused to order my contacts, until I straightened it out???? At this point, the insurance company was starting to make fun of them. In the end, I paid everything out of pocket and submitted the claim to the insurance company myself. I was reimbursed in less than a week. A glutton for punishment, I returned to have glasses fitted. Once again they could not figure out the insurance even with a three way conference call with the insurance company. Having had enough, I left without the glasses. I went to Lens Crafters and bought the same pair of glasses for $50 less. They billed my insurance, no problem. I had my glasses in an hour. I will NEVER go back to this place. I do not know how they stay in business. One other thing, it took three fittings to get my contacts right. I have never had that happen either. In total, I spent at least 8 hours trying to get contacts and glasses. Who has that kind of time? Not me.…
