Poor , Unprofessional Service, Does not keep commitment, no feedback, does not return calls, service problems even after picked up from shop, not concerned with the welfare of the customer, no follow up, not sensitive to the customers needs. I am so disappointed that I referred a client to computer doctor. Gerald and Ken did not response to countless attempts to contact them concerning my laptop. Charged for repair of a computer and the computer is still not operating. lost all data on computer.
