Really nice guys, but no way around the fact that we got screwed by going here.
They misdiagnosed the issues with our vehicle for $800+. I don't know what the "best" customer service choice is after that, but even after admitting they should not have done that work, they basically would offer no realistic refunds.
If you're looking for something extremely basic, like changing a brake light, they're probably fine. But if the diagnosis requires high technique and may require zeros in the pricetag, I'd go somewhere else for sure.…
Great Repair Shop. I was referred to Sterling Auto by a friend of mine who told me the shop was both AAA and BBB approved. I brought my car in to have my check engine light serviced, with no appointment even made. The staff seemed to be very well educated, and very professional. Though I decided to wait, they offered to give me a ride back home. They finished the work on my car very fast at a more than reasonable cost. They also provided me with a full estimate before any work was completed. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for honest service.…
Greatest price for high quality repair. I have been taking my car to Sterling for years now, and never have I taken it elsewhere. Fonda and Rich are always helpful in every way possible and are honest in their prices. They will offer to show you the problem so you are aware of what is being done and are always willing to answer any questions you have. Great place for automotive service.
Had my vehicle serviced at Sterling last week. My check engine light was on and was running rough. When I arrived my vehicle was brought in promtly. I then recieved a timely diagnosis and estimate. I
was then offered a ride home because the repair would take 2-3 hours. Within that time my vehicle was completed. I picked my car up that evening, that was 2 weeks ago.
My car is still running like new, and I wanted to share my great experiance.…
