Terrible Service. My husband and I have enjoyed dining at Zazas for the past five years. That is, until our last couple of visits. The food continues to be consistently good, but the service is lacking. We went there last Friday night without a reservation. We expected to have a wait, but we didnt expect for our name to get marked off of the waiting list. Once this was discovered (by me), the host seated us promptly, but at the worst table in the entire restaurant. We were bumped during our entire meal by the wait staff from both sides of our table. We were there for over three hours and our waitress was inattentive. At least our waitress was better than the one we had during our last visit. Two bad experiences in a row are unacceptable and we will most likely never go back.
