A great place to go

I went there and had my teeth whitened. They were very friendly and courteous. My teeth look terrific and I now get many compliments on my smile. The new manager is very professional and friendly, and she really made me feel comfortable. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Everyone compliments my skin now! I used to have cystic acne

I can not say enough great things about this place & especially their esthetician Ivana. I have had horrible skin for all of my life & nothing worked. I used everything; special make-up, over the counter products, creams/pills supplied by my dermatologist, Proactive & various home remedies. None the less, my acne continued to worsen. It was not simple pimples that pop out & go away in a day. These were numerous, large & would never heal. I figured I would grow out of it, but at almost 30 – I had enough. I never knew what my problem was until my friend recommended me to Ivana. She took the time to look over my skin & explained everything to me. At first glance she told me I had cystic acne. Even after visiting countless dermatologists & salon estheticians, I had never heard the term before in my life. My acne was caused by a hormonal imbalance & not by superficial dirt/oils from the environment. I could tell within the first few minutes of visiting Ivana she knew what she was talking about & would be able to help me with my skin problems. I started my treatment with her that day & followed Ivana’s guidance thereafter. Every person reacts differently to treatment so she customized a treatment plan that worked for me. She recommended a variety of products (cleansers, make-up, supplements, etc) & treatments that were targeted for my type of skin problem. It took a little bit of time for my skin to clear up, but that was after years of damage & deep cystic acne. In less than a year, my cystic acne is under control & I can leave the house without make up on. I still visit Ivana for an occasional treatment, but it’s more to maintain my clear skin. Thank you Ivana!

They lie to get your money

Schaumburg IL Location: I negotiated a laser hair removal contract for my back paid in full up front so I got a discount. With the contract came maintenance sessions that I expected would be used at intervals after all treatments were done.

During the process I never had any problems and said I could withstand a higher laser level if she could go up. I was at the end of the normal sessions and the laser was not anywhere near the highest it could go and I had plenty of hair left and I didn't have a lot to begin with but treatments were working.

They made me use my maintenance sessions for the continuing treatment so I argued that they give me additional sessions for the maintenance period but they wouldn't budge. I brought this to management and I got the same answer. They were also unwilling to give me an explanation of why they used the treatments this way.

Whatever you do don't go here, they will tell you what you want to hear and then after they have your money they could care less what they promised. You have plenty of other places to choose from...
