RUDE!!. they are sooo RUDE. I called them to see if my car was towed or stolen and after telling me that yes it was towed and that it would be $198.50 she mumbled something under her breath. when i asked her what she said she repeated in an attitude that it had been towed. the whole conversation i had with her she kept mumbling something and when i would ask what she said, she would just say the first part of the sentence. I promise you i was not giving her attitude. i surprised myself and actually stayed calm. I cant imagine what the people have to deal with at the tow company but they probably deserve a lot worse. i hope they all get VD and their privates fall off

Let me tell you something. I hate S&S towing. They are horrible people with the most incompetent slack jawed losers working behind their piece of plexiglass. I pray worst the worst kind of sodomy for these people. They lied to me about the price over the phone, it was $198 not $45 all while the little toothless loser gave me a smug look. I told him he is more than welcome to suck a part of my anatomy and showed him one of my fingers as I drove off calling him a piece of excrement.

CROOKS. My car got stolen from them ,from the parking I park for 6 mounts.the driver just drove buy & hi STOL it because he thought was parked on the wrong spot.WAS NO CALL FOR IT.paid $200 & my battery was gone .

terrible costumer service.

very pure invoice ,hand written.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Trashy people.. If you feel you were towed illegally contact the Illinois commerce commision. On the back of the receipt you will receive from this company has the telephone number you need to file a complaint. If you have items missing complain,complain,complain! These people will steal from your vehicle.

Crooked as they come!. Our rental car with Missouri plates was towed from the parking lot on Harlem & Lake St.. The "unauthorized vehicles will be towed" sign as you enter from can not be seen as you enter. The tiny "3 hour parking limit" signs are not even visible as you enter the first aisle.



We had wandered all the shops in the area, nice way to treat obvious out of towners!

The "Jabba the Hut" guy behind the bulletproof window was a rude pig! $170.00 bucks to get our rental car back! I've read about Chicago's corruptness, now I have been exposed to it.

We have no idea if our car was towed 5 minutes or 3 hours after we parked there, do you?

They can tow anybody they want, anytime they want!

Tuff business good company. I did something stupid I parked my car in a firelane and ran in to pick up a package and this company towed my car within 5 minutes. I was mad at them at first but after I thought about I realized that I should be mad at myself for not paying attention to the signs and parking where I did. Then I realized that I must have left my wallet in my car and all the way there in the cab I'm thinking that it would be missing. When I arrived at the tow yard I had to wait because some guy was making a fool of himself sreaming at the guy at the window and would not stop. Finally it was my turn and I told the guy I had to go to the car and get my wallet. To my relief the wallet was sitting right on the seat with the door unlocked as I left it and everything was in tack. I was impressed at how fast they did the job and the guy behind the window continued to stay calm even as the guy ahead of me called him all kinds of names. I never want to get towed again but if I do I hope they get my car.

These people are crooks. My motorcycle was towed by S&S from my OWN private residence. They charged me over $1000 to get it back. When I did go to pick it up damage that resulted as a cause of the tow easily exceeded an additional $1000. This is the most crooked, stealing company I have ever dealt with in my life. They insisted that their rate of $400 per hour to load my motorcycle was mandated by a governing body. The forest park police dept says otherwise. I will see this company in court. Pray that you never have to deal with these people. I wish I could give them a zero star

Crap Company. After realizing my vehicle was towed from the private lot where I live. I went to their location to pick up my car. I showed proof to the fat man that seemed to be one with the chair he was sitting in, that I lived at the address. He stated that this is not his problem, and I would need to pay the $170 to take the vehicle. I also explained to him that the vehicle had a note both in front and in back stating the vehicle was authorized to be parked at the address. His exact words "We do not read" I think it's more they do not know how to read. One wonders what kind of scam this place is involved in. I sure will do my best to find out.

Highway Robbery - Will Complain to the Owner. Visiting a client for work in a time period that totaled maybe 1 1/2 hours I parked in what for all intensive purposes appears to be a valid space. No lines or chains indicate my vehicle was in any way on a piece of "private property" (that was also abandoned/vacant). Then cost a $40 cab ride and $170 to recover my company vehicle. Of course the only signage is an obscure small sign placed next to an A/C unit colored to blend with the rest of the building. Deceptive would be the least I can say. I will be complaining to the owners of this property that hired this tow service for what was obviously poor judgement.

WORST TOW TRUCK COMPANY. I would give a zero if possible.

My neighborhood has a contract with S & S to have unauthorized cars towed from parking spots. When I called to have a car towed the woman on the other line was extremely rude, telling me it was "not my lucky day" and that the car would not be towed. I tried to explain that the spot is numbered and for use by owners only and that we have a contract to have those cars towed. She refused to have me speak to a manager or a tow truck driver. Very poor service.
