Wonderful experience at Morganelli Dental. I have always feared visiting new dental offices in the past, but Morganelli Dental made me feel extremely relaxed and welcomed. I am very happy with the work that I have had completed and am so relieved to have a dental office I can feel comfortable visiting. I had a wonderful experience at Morganelli Dental. Everyone was conversational and genuinely nice both on the phone and in person. In my opinion they are always courteous with you on questions you may have, whether it be insurance plans, costs of interrigations about your teeth and gum work. I highly recommend this office to anyone whether you need just a cleaning or major work done. They have it all. They also have something called Care Credit for those who qualify .

Idiots. I don't need to go into too much detail, because I had the same experience as all of the other raters have had with billing. Morganelli tried to charge me for services I didn't receive, did not record any payments I had made, sent bogus bills (which did not include the adjustments by my insurance company), threatened to send me to collections for not paying those bogus bills, and wouldn't return phone calls for over 2 months. I ended up getting this straightened out only after threatening to report them for insurance fraud.

dental factory. I didn't have billing problems as bad as the previous reviewers but they did try to overcharge me ~$50.00 after the insurance had already paid them. Don't know who does their accounting but they obviously need to be replaced.

Fradulent looking billing, BIG NO NO.. If you use this place you hardly ever see the same doctor again.

You end up after your bills were paid, harassed with bogus bills. It took me months to get the proof that not only I do not owe money, they were overpaid by the insurance.

They halfheartedly said now that my balance is zero (after I initiated a legal process) but I am not sure is over yet. I had to put in more than 25 hours to get here and I had to talk to a lawyer.

My advise is do not use their services under any circumstance. They are bigger pain than a toothpain can be.

Confusing billing. I have also had a frustrating billing experience with Morganelli. Although I have no complaints about the quality of dental services (routine cleanings and a root canal over the past 6 years), I have to find another dentist because the billing process is so bad it seems fraudulent. Payments that I made on a very expensive operation were not being reflected on my statements and no one in the office was able to provide an explanation. When I called to discuss my bills, I was constantly told someone would call back - and no one ever did. Apparently customer loyalty doesn't mean squat to them. I am tired of fighting and am looking for another dentist.

Worst customer service and billing process. Morganelli dental was my dental provider for a short while.

Their customer service and billing process is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.

They incorrectly billed my insurance for a service that I did not receive. My insurance rejected the bill and sent Morganelli a letter explaining the code was incorrect on the insurance claim. Morganelli then sent me the bill for the full cost. I obviously refused to pay for it. Instead of them trying to determine what the issue was they then sent the bill to a collection agency. After many, many, many weeks of frustrating discussions with Morganelli, my insurance and the collection agency, the bill was adjusted and I then paid what I should have been billed.

You would think this would have corrected the problem. Nope, the collection agency kept calling.

I again had to call Morganelli to get the collection agency to stop calling. Finally the calls stopped.

You would think that would be it. I checked my credit report and they had reported the non payment of the bill on my credit report. This was after they determined that they had made the mistake on the bill and after I paid it.

Absolutely the most incompetent group of useless idiots that you will ever deal with

Avoid at all costs.

Needless to say I am no longer one of their customers.
