Ripoff alert!. I had a coupon for a routine oil change and came in so they could do it. They "found" a number of problems. When I took it to another shop I was told most of what they told me did not need to be fixed. They perform unnecessary repairs. They should be rated negative five stars. Plus, looking at this site I see they post fake positive reviews of their services. It doesn't take a genius to see how short, vague, and fake all those 5-star reviews are. Don't be a sucker!…

Now I know. I learned the hard way. I brought my 2003 Toyota in for an estimate on a 60,000 mile service. After getting a quote I shopped around and to save $40.00 I went to another place. Boy was that a mistake, by the time they were done I spent $120.00 more and had to wait 3 days for my car. I have always used Doc's in the past and I will always use them in the future...…
