mis complementos y recomendaciones más altas Paragon Van. My highest recommendations for Paragon Auto and Van Rental - I was a first time customer and needed a quick van for a family trip. Mis complementos y recomendaciones más altas they got us in a comfortable mini van for a reasonable price We worked right with the owner Phil and he had three of us put on as drivers and we took turns. It made the trip much nicer to all drive down together - much better than in separate vehicles
I love Paragon Auto Rental. My car broke down actually right across the street from a competitor rental car company. I had it towed and walked in to rent - they were so rude... so I walked out and called Paragon Auto Rental - Phil was the one who helped me - he sent a driver to pick me up at the mechanic and I was in a car immediately. Best thing is the car came with free miles so I only paid the daily rate - which they billed directly to my insurance company. It was so easy - it made an inconvenience a much nicer experience.
I strongly recoment Paragon Van Rental. I wanted to take a trip with my nieces and rented a van for the extra "luggage room". Paragon was an answer to my prayers.I like the idea of speaking right with the owners instead of some big chain and to be honest I just called for the heck of it. I didn't think I could afford to rent, but it came out really cheep and made the trip with four girls much nicer! Michael one of the owners helped me - ask for him he gave me a great deal. Nice clean place too.
Great place to rent a vehicle. I have rented vehicles from Paragon Leasing occasionally for several years. Both Mr. Phil Bellino and Mr. Mick Bellino are always courteous and accommodating. The vehicles are well-maintained, and the prices are reasonable. Although, Paragon Leasing does not offer unlimited mileage on the rental of its vehicles; I really appreciate the fact that it is a small , family-owned business. I am sort of old school, and it is good to see that perhaps, the money I spend is directly helping to support a family. It 's a community thing, and it inspires me with the possibliity that one day, I too, may own a small business. All in all, Paragon Leasing is an excellent place to rent a car or van.
Scam Artist!!!. First of all both of the brothers are complete a-holes., that can't decided for themselves. I reserved a 12 passenger van for a weekend getaway, On Friday July 24 I went to take a $50 dollar deposit to reserve the van with advance notice. Over the weekend my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer and with the horrible news we decided to cancel our trip.. So on Monday July 27th not even 24 business hours later I called to make them aware in hopes they would be understanding and release the 50 dollar deposit.. Mike had the nerve to tell me that my situation wasn't the end of the world.. what a complete a-hole!! I find this place lacks professionalism and lack touch of humanity. I would prefer to rent a higher price then to give them one red cent.
We are sorry to hear about your father's condiction.... however, as the contract states, there is a $50 cancellation fee once the vehicle is reserved. Understanding the situation, Mike had mentioned that if you decided to take your trip within 30 days, Paragon would be willing to credit you $50 towards your final rental bill. Sorry this situation arised.
Will not honor what they say verbally get it in writing. I rented a 15 passenger van from this company on 2 different occasions. The first time everything was fine, I had no complaints. But the next time a different story. This is what happened. On 3/7/08 I called this company and talked to Phil, who is one of the sons of the owner ( this is a family owned business). I told him I need a 15 passenger van for 1 day ( 3/8/08 a saturday). Phil asked me what time. I said I will pick it up Saturday morning & return it Sunday. Phil told me that they were closed on Sundays. I told him I only need it for 1 day. He said I have to return it Monday, but he will charge me a 1/2 days rental for Sunday. He gave me a price over the phone for a 1 1/2 days rental. I said ok I'll see you in the morning. I went to get the van Saturday morning (3/8/08) between 10am and 10:30am. I rented the van with no problems. However, when I returned on Monday (3/9/08) Phil was not there. Another gentleman named Mike, who I believe was his brother, was there. Mike totaled up my cost and I said to him Phil said he would charge me a 1/2 day for Sunday because I could not returned Sunday & I needed it for only 1 day. Mike said Phil did not put it I writing so I need to call back in the afternoon & speak to him (my lesson learned get everything in writing). I understood where Mike was coming from. I called back around 5 pm & talked to Phil who act like he did not remember me from Saturday & because he didnt write it down he couldnt honor my request to be refunded for 1/2 day rental. I believe he intentionally didnt write down because he never wanted to honor what he said. Now he told me he would give the discount on 2 different occasions. When I talked to him on 3/7 & when I picked the van up on the morning of 3/8. But check this out Phil told me that his brother said I may have overheard a previous customer's conversation & now I feel I'm entitled to a discount. I said I only want what I was told. Never again!!!!
