In Short
Founded in Beverly Hills in 1985, these eateries with the trademark yellow, black and white color scheme have spread nationwide. The decor consists of simple wood and glass with roomy black leather booths. The thin-crust pizzas come with innovative toppings from Asia, Latin America and the Southwest; signature pizzas like the Original BBQ Chicken and Jamaican Jerk Chicken compete with old standbys like pepperoni and traditional cheese. Pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches round out the menu.

I do think the pizzas are good, and the variety is great, but what keeps me coming back are the salads! I really like a good hearty salad and they are so filling. My coworkers and I frequent this place for lunch, and the food is always good and the service is always friendly.

I have been to CPK many times and never have been disappointed in the food or service! They have so many healthy pizzas to choose from!

I don't know why people like this restaurant so much. The concept is neat but I would take a regular pizza over a California Pizza anytime. It's a little bit expensive as well. Some of the flavors are interesting but you can only take so much. Their spinach and arichoke dip with tortilla chips is very good though!
