Needed emergency furnace service. David Beam of Energy Services A/C, Heating and Electrical was on call and made it out in 10 minutes. Very knowledgable service rep and great result. Will definitely use them and ask for David again.

professional & service with smile. i bought my furnace in 1985 from them and it still works. jan 12 evng it was making loud noises that woke me up, so i phoned them for an appt for the next day. natalie from the naperville office phoned me as soon as office opened to let me know when they would arv. natalie went that extra mile for me - answering questions,etc. the repairman arv on time jan 13 and checked furnace to my satisfaction. when i need a new furnace, i'll definitely buy it from them once again. when i'm treated honestly and the company is professional from the office staff to repairman, i'm a customer for life and refer others to them.

Friendly, fficient and Professional. First, I want to comment on David, a Service Technican, who has been in our home twice to clean and inspect the A/C and furnace. David arrives on time, is friendly, has a good attitude, and is effecient and professional. We are extremely pleased with his work.

Secondly, our neighbor recommended Energy Services when our A/C and furnace needed to be replaced. We were very pleased with the professionalism of everyone from the salesman to the installers.

We appreciated the referral from our neighbor, and, in turn, highly recommend Energy Services and their Technicans to others.

Reliable, accomodating and proficient. I think it says a lot that I never have to think about my furnace or air conditioner. The people at Energy Services installed the central air when my house was brand new, they offered the maintenance plan and I've been a customer ever since.

Each year, spring and fall, I see one of the well trained, extremely polite technicians. Several years back my furnace malfunctioned, a manufacturing defect, we discovered, and the response was prompt and effective.

I'm glad I found Energy Services. I recommend them to everyone who has furnace or a/c issues.

Solid work/professional. We used Energy Services almost 10 years ago to install AC/Humidifiers and Mechanical Air Cleaners to our newly built house. We had them install Puron based AC and have not had any issues with it since. They come out 2x per year to clean and inspect our 2 AC/2 Furnace/2 Humidifier units and do a quick check on our hot water tank. We've had them back to fix issues created by the builder and they've stuck with us and come up with solutions when the initial fix that they sold us didn't do the job quite right. We're still fine tuning and they've been nothing but professional throughout. I highly recommend Energy Services.

They're PROS!. Energy Services installed my new furance and air conditioner years ago and I have them out for for an inspection twice a year. They do a thorough job of explaining what they're doing and I've never had any issues with needing them to come back.

They call first before they arrive, are prompt and friendly. Their clean-up is good also. I would definately recommend them for any air conditioner or heating needs.

Excellent Service. Our home inspector told us that Energy Services was the best in the area, and we've been extremely happy ever since. They are honest, accomodating and thorough. We have gotten furnace and a/c service every year and we recently bought a new furnace from them. They are great. We love David!

Long Name, But Great Service. We are twenty-two year residents of Naperville, and for most of this time we have been very satisfied customers of Energy Services. They are professional in every way, from office staff, to service technicians, to the quality of installation, service and'or repairs they provide. Customers are given a window of time in which to expect technician arrival, and when there, they treat your home as if it was their own. As you can see, we are very satisfied customers of Energy Services, and would recommend them as a high quality provider of heating and AC service within our area.
