Impressed: Quick, Knowledgeable, and Professional. Seriously, I was quite impressed by their professional service. I have a Porsche Boxster that needed a 60K maintenance.

Their great reviews on internet quickly catches my eyes. But there were also some unhappy reviews? I was thus a little bit nervous and cautious, but they are very kind and patient to answer all my challenges! That's really helpful. I learned a lot more about my car and found out they are indeed trustable people! I no longer worry about the a few different reviews. I know it's impossible to satisfy all kinds of people. They are already doing very good jobs.

There are other great subtle things about their service:

1. Price is negotiable when it's beyond your budget.

It turned out there are more problems in my car other than 60K maintenance can cover. As human natural, I was very hard to be convinced of more problems and fees in the beginning. But now I am really happy to let them fix it. My car is a million more fun to drive! You can also ask them to show more proof like the liquid leak spot on engine, and etc, if you are as nervous and reluctant as I was. And I am glad that they are very kind to offer a better price when it is unexpectedly beyond my budget.

2. They also keep the old parts from your car to show you. A good habit of real work.

3. I also automatically get 3-month warrant for free labor and 1-year for the equipment.

4. They have been running this business for 14 years! They told me they still have customer from 14 years ago.

I just feel that they can deserve more attention and I write it. It's harder to see a good real review because I people are lazier when they are happy. :)))

Always great service. Recently brought my car in, I addressed that I needed my car immediately. As always they stated that wouldn't be a problem, explained exactly what needed to be done thoroughly. The work was completed the same day as promised.

BEST QUALITY WORK, FAST, AND ECONOMICAL!!!!. Brought my car in to Logan Square Auto a couple of weeks ago for a 27 point inspection. I recently just had one from the dealer but was not to happy with their price at all. The manager at Logan Square greeted me right into the door and was very welcoming. They began the inspection on my car and did not take long before they had an estimate for me. I most say that they pointed out the same work need as the dealer. But their price was more reasonable and in my budget, I even got a discount for being a 1 st time customer. They also got origanl parts from dealer which satisfied me very much. I will defenitly bring more work to Logan Square, they are a great place to bring a car and expect to be satisfied!!

Great service and reasonable prices. Great place where you can bring your car in to get fixed.

No worries about been over charged and the workers are very friendly and professional.

I have my engine replaced at Logan Square Auto Repair and I got a great deal.

Ever since then my has been running like new.
