The Chinese menu begins with crab Rangoon, barbecue spare ribs and egg rolls. Follow-ups include usual suspects like General Tso's chicken, twice-cooked pork and beef broccoli. More deluxe options include Peking duck, honey-glazed walnut shrimp and kung pao squid.

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service from our waiter Raymond was absolutely terrible. We asked for soup while we were waiting for the remaining two members of our party to arrive. Raymond yelled at us saying that he wouldn’t do that. He stated it was too much extra work to bring our soup out first and then bring out their soup once they arrived. One of our party members also had to go grab him to bring drink refills. This was because he didn’t come to check up on us after our food arrived. Finally, he counted the money we left him right in front of us while we were getting our coats on. He then proceeded to question us on the 15% tip that we left. As far as our group was concerned, that was a generous tip for the unbelievably pour service. I’ve been to Yu’s many times and the service has never been good. This time was by far the worst though. My suggestion, there are plenty of good Chinese restaurants in the Schaumburg area that serve good food with great service. They deserve your money more that Yu’s does.

Had lunch here a few days ago. This is the second time I have been there in the past few months and found the place both dirty and the service horrible. When I found a black hair in the fried rice and informed the waiter, he simply shook his head and walked away!! I called him back and asked him to take the plate away since I had lost my appetite. When he charged me even though I didn't eat two forkfulls of my food, I asked to speak to the manager, who proceeded to ask what I wanted him to do about it??? I paid the bill in full and told the manager that he lost a customer. Disgusting place and horrible service to boot!
