I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who needs printing done. I went back to work with Greg in the printing department and he is NOT there any longer. Between him and Kyle leaving, I feel the owners just don't care about customer service at all. And to prove it, my recent job I gave them was late, also wrong. I just took my business elsewhere. What a joke.

...all the good people that used to work here are gone or are leaving. I haven't found a more unprofessional place. A friend of mine suggested another place for me to get my printing needs met called Color Image and I have not been happier. Color Image, located on Milwaukee in NW loop area, met and exceeded ALL of my expectaions.

Same old same old. I was skimming through reviews on here and noticed I'm not the only one to get bad service from Best. Same as the last few reviews. Missed deadline and subpar work. I'm going to start using someone else from now on.

Bad Service all around. Bad customer service, doesn't meet deadlines, the quality of work is very bad, management is difficult to work with. I would go somewhere else.

Thanks for screwing up my job.
I recently used Best Imaging for a large job that I needed right away. I was promised the job would be completed on time and that everything would look great. Well when it came time to do my presentation guess what, no completed job to show anyone. I sat in a room full of clients without the material I needed to show them because Best Imaging didn't get my job to me on time.
Two hours after my meeting had started and the next morning after the job was promised it arrived at my office completely wrong. So thank you for ruining my very important presentation and making me look like a complete idiot. I will never use you again and will tell everyone I know to stay away!
