Dr. Spencer is pretty awesome.
Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Spencer for a few years now. Out of all the dentists I've had over the years, I believe he is the best. (1) He doesn't recommend unecessary work.
Another dentist I saw in Orland Park told me my tooth was cracked and I needed a root canal, cap, and probably an eventual extraction. Dr. Spencer never recommended this radical treatment, and guess what, my tooth is fine. If I had been seeing other dentists, I know I would have had a filling invetiably. But I've never had a cavity while under Dr. Spencer's care. Either he's doing a great job cleaning my teeth, or he's not lying to me about invisible cavities. Probably both. (2) Dr. Spencer actually does your cleanings. He cleans your teeth vs. a dental hygenist. And he's gentle and good at what he does. Other dentists I've been to are borderline masochists. (3) The front office does a good job billing insurance. (4) He has good hours, and will always see you in an emergency. Bottom line- do your mouth and wallet a favor, and see Dr. Spencer!
(PS- That weird rambling review by lioncrest1119 couldn't have possibly been for Dr. Spencer, as the man doesn't even mention the dentist's name. Notice that all the other reviews specifically talk about Dr. Spencer.)…
We love Dr. Spencer of Brookside Dental Care Frankfort. We have been very happy with Dr. Spencer. I agree with the Nov 2011 review. We have been with Dr. Spencer for over 4 years and we have found him & his staff to be very professional and friendly. Dr. Spencer has a unique ability to help you relax as he is doing his procedures. My kids actually look forward to their dentist appointments...I think that says a lot about a dentist! I have recommended him to many of our friends.…

I Loved Dr Spencer, he has a great chair side manner, and his staff knows what they are doing. When you walk in the door you feel like your part of a family. Friendly smiling faces, and quick
witted. What a great place to work, everyone seams to get along very well. Try them you'll be glad you did.

Horrible!!! Terrible!!! Stay Away!!!. Craig Spencer is a quack, a liar, and a sadist. Stay away!!! Craig A. Spencer does does not have a license to remove teeth, place implants, or perform other types of oral surgery. He butchers people regularly. He is not an endodontist nor a periodontist, although, he pretends to be. You can sue him for practicing without a license if he has hurt you too. Also, his license is on permanent probation for past violations of endangering his clients (victims) after a 6 month suspension. Craig Spencer is a quack, a liar, and a sadist. Stay away!!!…

I WENT TO BROOKSIDE DENTAL LAST YEAR I HAD TEETH EXTRACTED .I THOUGHT EVERY THING WAS FINE THEN SUNDAY I STARTED TO HAVE THE WORST PAIN YOU COULD IMAGINE .I COULDNT EVEN HOLD MY HEAD UP..I MONDAY I TOOK OF WORK BECAUSE MY JAW WAS SWOLLEN LIKE SOMEONE HAD HURT ME..SO I COULDNT GO TO WORK..BY TUESDAY I MADE A DENTIST APPOINTMENT...WHEN I WENT TO THE DENTIST WEDNEDAY ..THE DENTIST LOOKED AT MY GUMS WHERE THE TOOTH HAD BEEN EXTRACTED AND SAW CHIPS OF THE TOOTH STILL IN MY MOUTH (THEN I HAD XRAYS AND THAT WAS CONFIRMED) ON TWO TEETH WELL THE TOP IS WHERE THE PARTAL IS AND THE TOOTH CHIP IS PROTUDING OUT OF MY GUM AND MAKING THE PARTIAL UNBEARBALE MY MOUTH IS INFECTED ..I HAVE A ABCESS ON MY GUM ON THE SIDE ..I WOULDNT RECOMMEND A DOG TO HIM ..I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN ..I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE INFECTION TO CLEAR UP BEFORE THEY CAN REMOVE THESE TOOTH CHIPS ..IF HE COULD FELL WHAT I AM GOING THRU HE WOULDNT HAVE DONE THIS TO ANYONE ..I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN ..DONT TRUST HIM AND IF U HAD TEETH PULLED BY HIM ..GET A XRAY BEFORE U GO THRU WHAT I DID .. HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED I MISSED 3 DAYS OF WORK ..I'M AT WORK NOW AND THE PAIN IS STILL BAD EVEN WITH THE PILLS ..I HAVE TO WHERE THE PARTIAL TO WORK ..DONT USE THIS DENTIST U WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT
