helpfull. I just wanted to let people know that every time I have a special request for Flood Brothers they always help me. As a business owner from time to time I have fluctuations of garbage usage. The spot where I keep my container is in a tight space and I have no other place to put it. My customers can see when the garbage piles up. Anytime I need a special pickup Flood Brothers quickly picks it up. I know its just garbage but it make s a big difference to me to get this kind of service. Thank you

Terrible Company!. Do not use, the are very dishonest, told me it was a one year contract but it was a five year contract. Poor service and constant price increases. Look else where, there are other companies to choose.

BEWARE OF THEIR CONTRACT. BUYER BEWARE - TRAP

>>>BUYER BEWARE-TRAP<<< When they sign you up, they lure you in with lower rate compared to other companies. They then start increasing their rate and you CAN NOT cancel the contract. THEY TRAP YOU WITH HIGH PENALTY FEES AND AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CLAUSE. Be warned. Don't do business with these cheaters; they would never talk to you about these HARMFUL clauses in the contract that you sign. If you sign with them, you're stuck with them. You're trapped and they will chew you up and spit you out. >>>>BEWARE<<< <

fantastic service. I have been a current business owner for 17 years, and have had over 3 different garbage companies. (allied waste, violia, and groot) all these companies promise one thing and do another, they are crooked liars and thieves. my flood brother salesman was also mr. Shawn Flood and when he walked through my door, he was a very nice and polite young man and he was not only able to save me money, and get better service. he was ALSO able to get me my container the very same day. now people seriously within 2-3 hours i had a container at my door. i know mr. Shawn Flood is young but i do honestly believe that he will be taking this company very very far. i will never switch to any other garbage company again!!

anyway, i am really upset that everything they said was just lying and acting.

the person who made me to sign on the contract is the son ( shawn flood )

i know that he is in young age, but he has no responsibility for his clients

and whenever we made an appointment ( i think i made an appointment with him 6 times) he never made it. seriously, i am a busy person too, but i felt like he

just did not want to talk to me anymore. i am using veolia right now, and

if your friend can help me out with that, that would be really nice of you

and your friend, money isn't matter anymore, i am just don't want to use their nasty service. they already knew that waste company has weird contract policy, and the most people usually don't know about it, so they're using this fact to make people to use their company. sorry for the long message...i am just can't stand about their dishonesty"

Stay away - Stay away!. Slimy salesmen, slimy management. Slimy contracts.

Stay away - I am not an angry customer. I have heard to many BAD stories about them.

Read any contracts VERY VERY closely.

Shady, and very Dishonest People!!!. FLOOD BROTHERS - Not at all like their quotes from website state: "Some big, impersonal garbage companies will do anything to get new business. They try to buy customer loyalty with shallow "performance guarantees" and phony promises, instead of earning it through hard work. At Flood, we may not be as big as the other guys, but we definitely work smarter. As a family-owned business, we know that customers not only want fair prices and outstanding service, they expect it." Flood brothers are the phonies with constant price increases, anything about fair and loyal. Not only was our salesman rude and obnoxious but also corporate office employees. We called to see if we could possibly work something out without having to deal with the rude salesman however, the office staff was just as rude and obnoxious. Bunch of money hungry, dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I have cancelled our service with Flood Brothers and would never use them again. Also filed a complaint with the BBB, and was informed that there are many pending complaints against the FLOOD BROTHERS, in other words, be careful and think before you consider using them!

I love family businesses.... I live in the city of Chicago and Flood is definetly the way to go. I use to live in a building that was picked up by the city where garbage overflowed but now I live in a buidling that is picked up by Flood Brothers and I never feel like the alley is covered with piles over days worth of garbage!
