Shady!. Horrible! I left this place feeling like I"d been robbed. I brought in a light weight plastic frame and paper matted photo(11x14). They never weighed the contents and just esitmated that it'd weigh 8lbs!! and then then added a surcharge for dimension wt (28lbs???)---never did they try to explain the charges, even after I was shocked and asked for an explanation.They both just mumbled something and rudely waived the next customer on. I got all of these details from the receipt. The store was busy when I was there so I was kind of rushed out. so with the cost of packaging ($20) and ups residential ground ($30) I ended up at $ 50! I will use Fed Ex from now on, I"ve always been treated well by the store on Wabash. If I didn't feel like I was taken (i.e. if they had been nice enough to help me understand the charges better before I commited to the terms) I would probably use them again, as they are a lot closer to me than Fed Ex. So turned off by this place! ughhh
